Auto turn off participants video and audio after certain time if participant has not spoken
At times participants unmute themselves and also show themselves on the video when they are actively speaking and participating. After that it is possible that they may not even speak for a long time but they forget to mute themselves and we hear some weird audio from their backgrounds and that can cause interuptions or some fun situations and then someone has to ask them to mute themselves.If there is a setting to auto-mute participants if they have not spoken for 1-2 minutes (Configurable?) that will prevent such situations and a message or some other graphics can be shown on…

Revert Video Back to Functional Release
Recordings: Have become unusable. Used to be provided as Playbacks for Training and Reference, now the Framerate and Audio is so Compressed it's useless. Add Back In the Ability to Pause and Stop Recordings to make multiple during one Meeting instead of Just "Pause." Add back in Files being Saved Locally instead of only to the Cloud. Compression is too heavy.Screen-Share: AWFUL Framerate. Multiple Numbers for Multiple Languages When Joining RingCentral Webinar
when setting up a webinar, can we do it in dual language, attendee calls x number for English or x number for French?This is important becasue it's Law here in Canada to service french audiance in FR language.

Add an option to ask participants for consent when a recording starts.
This option is available in RC Meetings but not RC Video. RC video merely displays a notification that recording has been started.

Allow the ability to visually scroll through participants.
Please allow more than 16 participants to be viewed on the screen. Zoom allows 49 and one has the ability to scroll the screen to view another batch of participants. At a minimum, being able to scroll the participants is quite necessary.

Members ability to move themselves from breakout rooms instead of the admin /host doing it for them
This would be helpful when dealing with webinars with large amounts of people.

Provide a recap of meeting for participants joining late
As RCV now transcripts meeting and also meeting summaries, it would be great to offer participants that join a meeting after it has started a summary and recap of what has been said in the meeting. Also previously shared slides would be a bonus.

Pre-stage a callback number for meetings
One thing that has been a constant issue with any of the meeting apps is the ability to call into a meeting while on the road. It would be great to be able to pre-register a phone number for a call at the time that the meeting starts. Then rather than fumbling with dialing out to a bridge while driving, you've enabled it to call you prior to the meeting. All you have to do is answer the call which you setup prior to being out on the road. I think this would be a huge improvement to the platform.…

Ubuntu 22.04 support
Please add a support for Ubuntu 22.04 as currently it is not able to sign in user. Our company policy requires us to update to latest LTS version and that is causing lot of issues as the RCMeetings is not working correctly on this new version. Since user can't sign in, there is no Desktop sharing. Please advise,

Option to Extend Meeting Duration
It would be helpful if we will be notified once we are about to reach the 1-hour duration of the meeting before automatically ending it. There are times that we have to extend the meeting and automatically ending it is really not good. Or might as well make do not automatically end the meeting even if a duration is set unless the host end it.

Bring back the OLD Video Meetings features back
Here are ongoing problems with the new Video Meetings. The following features were in the OLD Meeting program and are necessary for us to function: When a caller to the meeting calls in by Telephone only (no computer) their name shows up as the caller ID on their phone. Not the phone number as before. When my name shows up it is S Winning. As an anonymous organization we do not use last names and it is impossible to rename the caller to the name Steve W. Able to Change Shared Content in RCV (Without stopping and re-sharing)
Currently when sharing screen content in RCV there is no way to change the content being shared without stopping sharing and re-sharing. This combined with the many seconds lag in the process of stopping and restarting sharing causes uncomfortable pauses in collaboration. - Begin able to seamlessly change sharing without downtime or pauses would be much appreciated.

Ability to change screen share while already sharing
This may already exist I just haven't found out how to make it work.When I am starting up sharing my screen, and I may choose to share specifically "Screen 2". Later in that call, I decide that I want to switch the share to "Screen 1", I have to back all the way out of screen share and then re-enter and choose "Screen 1".If there was an ability to change straight from the Screen Share Toolbar, it would make the host's ability to move around their apps and tabs much more seamless.

RingCentral Video participant list report
Submitting on behalf of a customer.They would like to have the ability to generate a report of who are the attendees of a RingCentral Video session. They understand that the participant list can be viewed on the interface where the session can be re-played but it is not an efficient way of doing it especially if the admin is not a part of that session.Thank you

Add 'Hide Self View' option to RC Video
In RC Meetings, there used to be a 'Hide Self View' option. My boss says this was one of the most important features to him. We have noticed that now we are having to switch to RC Video, the 'Hide Self View' option is no longer available. Is there any way at all to get this feature added to RC Video? It is distracting to some of our team to see ourselves on screen while talking.

Create different security groups within meeting settings
As a healthcare clinic we have some providers who do telehealth visits that require specific additional meeting settings that we want to lock; such as E2EE and waiting rooms. But these are settings the administrative staff do not need. Having the ability to separate which permissions are forced or required would be helpful.

Elapsed timer on RCV is not yet available

Leaving a post-it note on video
Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice.
