gallery view when joining via browser
Participants should have access to the Gallery View when joining via web browser to be able to see all meeting participants. I spoke with 2 customer service reps which created a case for more details. Case # 13178029

Multiple User Selection for 'Schedule Meetings for Me'
In Admin Portal > User List > Users with extensions > 'User' > Meetings, there is a section called 'Schedule Meetings for Me, where you can add a user who can create meetings on behalf of that user.For companies that have a users who's job it is to schedule meetings for staff, there is no other option than to go through 100+ users and add that user one by one to every user's 'Schedule Meetings for me'. Ability to create meeting using "Meeting Info" and meeting will be listed in the App
When customer creates meeting via "Meeting Info", the user need to save the info manually and would not be able to retrieve this info if it was not saved.The request is to have the meeting listed in the app for retrieval options.

RCV - Outgoing call - Dial Tone
When a caller is placing an outgoing RCV Video Call, the beeping tone that occurs for the caller to let you know that the call is in progress and that the other person is hearing a ringing sound is very unpleasant. Share a second camera in a meeting
We have a larger room with two different cameras. It would be great if we could share the content from a second camera in the meeting so that participants could view both cameras in the meeting. This would improve the meeting experience in larger rooms. I believe Zoom has this capability.

In the event that a participant is speaking, and another member has not muted their mic, to prevent overlay or echo the system could use an auto-mute.

Option to Block Incoming Calls when in a Video Meeting
Calls continue to come in via Phone when in a Video Meeting. Would be good to have an option to block them. User choice

RC Scheduler default to last setting
RC scheduler should have a save settings option for when creating the next meeting it defaults to the previous or last saved meeting settings. Specifically if a user is scheduling meetings for another user frequently, then it can default to always scheduling for that user.

Add a small mini mode window that is always on top for muting sound and video, like the old RC Meetings application
When using the old RC Meeting application, you could minimize it to a mini mode window. If on a computer with only one screen, you could type in notes on one screen, and still be able to mute and unmute yourself on the mini allways-on-top RC Meetings window. It had three buttons mute, start and stop video, and maximize. It also displayed who was currently talking.

Show all invited participants in participants list
In RC Meetings you could see all the invited participants in the participants list even if they have not joined the meeting. In RC Video, you can only see those that have joined the meeting or left the meeting.

Display Name As Required Field Upon Joining Meeting
Suggestion to discard the existing feature which auto-populates a user's "Display name" w/what appears to be a device ID/name and replace that with an empty required field for "Display name" so that users will type a discernible display name that moderators can recognized/verify. This is critical because we cannot currently rename individuals such as those whose display name is set to the device default (which frequently is used because users don't recognize the field upon joining meetings as it's pre-populated with a device string).Benefits anyone moderating calls with a need to verify participants who are without the ability today in…

RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

Customer should be made aware of the devices compatibility and/or pop up notification will appear telling what causes them not to be able to join meetings

Search Function for RCV Meetings Recordings in Service Web
Service Web Recording Admin have access to the past 1000 RCV recordings. But this is only a long list of meetings to scroll through one-page-at-a-time. We need a search function and ability to retreive recordings for users up to 90 days in the past.

Stop the speaker's screen from turning blue around the edges
It is very annoying to have the speaker's screen pop up every time they speak and then someone else speaks.
