RC Scheduler default to last setting
RC scheduler should have a save settings option for when creating the next meeting it defaults to the previous or last saved meeting settings. Specifically if a user is scheduling meetings for another user frequently, then it can default to always scheduling for that user.

Add a small mini mode window that is always on top for muting sound and video, like the old RC Meetings application
When using the old RC Meeting application, you could minimize it to a mini mode window. If on a computer with only one screen, you could type in notes on one screen, and still be able to mute and unmute yourself on the mini allways-on-top RC Meetings window. It had three buttons mute, start and stop video, and maximize. It also displayed who was currently talking.

Show all invited participants in participants list
In RC Meetings you could see all the invited participants in the participants list even if they have not joined the meeting. In RC Video, you can only see those that have joined the meeting or left the meeting.

Display Name As Required Field Upon Joining Meeting
Suggestion to discard the existing feature which auto-populates a user's "Display name" w/what appears to be a device ID/name and replace that with an empty required field for "Display name" so that users will type a discernible display name that moderators can recognized/verify. RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

Pop up notification for customers unable to join meetings
Customer should be made aware of the devices compatibility and/or pop up notification will appear telling what causes them not to be able to join meetings

Search Function for RCV Meetings Recordings in Service Web
Service Web Recording Admin have access to the past 1000 RCV recordings. But this is only a long list of meetings to scroll through one-page-at-a-time. We need a search function and ability to retreive recordings for users up to 90 days in the past.

Stop the speaker's screen from turning blue around the edges
It is very annoying to have the speaker's screen pop up every time they speak and then someone else speaks.

This would be helpful for when your are in more than 1 RCV meeting and need to prioritize hearing one meeting over others.

We need and Alarm for Ring Calls. Simple easy settings to alert 10 min till finish with a 2 min warning.
Everyone will benefit by an alarm clock to alert to end of meeting time.

Auto turn off participants video and audio after certain time if participant has not spoken
At times participants unmute themselves and also show themselves on the video when they are actively speaking and participating. After that it is possible that they may not even speak for a long time but they forget to mute themselves and we hear some weird audio from their backgrounds and that can cause interuptions or some fun situations and then someone has to ask them to mute themselves.If there is a setting to auto-mute participants if they have not spoken for 1-2 minutes (Configurable?) that will prevent such situations and a message or some other graphics can be shown on…

Revert Video Back to Functional Release
Recordings: Have become unusable. Used to be provided as Playbacks for Training and Reference, now the Framerate and Audio is so Compressed it's useless. Add Back In the Ability to Pause and Stop Recordings to make multiple during one Meeting instead of Just "Pause." Add back in Files being Saved Locally instead of only to the Cloud. Multiple Numbers for Multiple Languages When Joining RingCentral Webinar
when setting up a webinar, can we do it in dual language, attendee calls x number for English or x number for French?This is important becasue it's Law here in Canada to service french audiance in FR language.

Add an option to ask participants for consent when a recording starts.
This option is available in RC Meetings but not RC Video. RC video merely displays a notification that recording has been started.

Allow the ability to visually scroll through participants.
Please allow more than 16 participants to be viewed on the screen. Zoom allows 49 and one has the ability to scroll the screen to view another batch of participants. At a minimum, being able to scroll the participants is quite necessary.
