  2. The request is to use the fields within the Webinar registration form to send polls based on entries within these fields. For instance, if someone registers as a "Manager" and another as a "Director", the ability to send polls specific to those titles.

  3. The request is for a more refined/cleaner virtual background. It would be great if there were a very light soft edge (slight blur) to the Virtual Background edge, so it does not feel quite as harsh.

  4. The request is for a host or participants to be able to anonymize their telephone number if dialing in from phone. For example, if the CEO joins the meeting from a home phone, we need to anonymize or hide that telephone number so that its not public facing.

  7. When creating a meeting in RC App, Scheduler for Outlook, etc, we automatically populate the invite with One tap to join audio numbers based on the country in the user's region. Then a link is provided for additional numbers. Including these extra numbers is not necessary in many cases, as there are often no long distance charges. It would be helpful to have a profile setting in service.rc.com or RC App that enables the creator of the meeting to select all teleconference numbers they'd like automatically populated from the list.

  8. The request is to dynamically scale active video participants to use larger tiles while non-video participants use smaller ones. When joining a large meeting where there are only a few people on video, it is visually undesirable to see so much dead space on the screen, and such small video tiles for the few people on video. As an outcome, the meeting experience will be enriched for end-users because they will be able to better see those who need to be seen.

  9. The request is to be able to divide calls that were stopped/started into multiple recorded segments. Currently, with RCV recording, it is only paused, stitching together a larger recording at the end.

With Rooms connecting being concurrent, the customer would like to restrict who has access to having the xxxxxxxxx@sip.rcv.com showing up in the invite and accepting rooms so that some groups of people do not occupy licenses needed by C-Suite.Alternatively, have the ability to reserve the connector licenses.

  11. Since Rooms Connector licenses are concurrent, customers need the ability to run reports on peak usage of those licenses. In addition, the customer should be able to set up an alert the moment that all licenses are occupied.

  12. Some competitors have a feature where they can hide or change the name of the host of the meeting.
    The use case is:
    1. Customer is in healthcare and offers telehealth services.
    2. The host of the meeting wants to protect their own privacy by hiding their full name to customer/patient. They would like to show just first name or similar.
    This is naturally not an issue for internal meetings.

  14. In Zoom, there is an option to share both monitors simultaneously. This is currently NOT an option in RC Video, even though it is powered by Zoom. I would LOVE to see this offered! From a training perspective, it would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

  18. Restriction: Call me Feature only works when a host is already joined. there so if someone goes to a meeting early they can’t use it.-It would be great if this option will be available, especially if the settings to join before host is already enable.
