Disable "always on top" when screen sharing
When screen sharing, the participant window turns into "always on top" mode, which makes it difficult to navigate other windows, and doesn't allow screenshots. This window should not be set to be always on top, or there should be an option to disable always on top for it.

host can view into multiple breakout rooms at a time
Allow hosts to manage, control, view multiple breakout rooms at the same time. As a host, after I move participants into breakout rooms, I would like to be able to view what is happening in the breakout room without needing to join them. In a perfect world, I would be able to project an image or a video into a breakout room without needing to join them. A golden star level would be ability to speak into a specific breakout room (the way intercom works in schools) without joining the room or loosing view of other rooms

Please build a one time link generator and scheduler! Currently we pay a lot of money for Calendly subscriptions just for this feature and it would provide a lot of value to us and a majority of your users if Ring Central could implement it. We want a scheduler that will generate a one time use link that we can send to clients. When the client clicks on the link, a scheduler will pop up with available appointment times for that user/employee in which the client can then book a time. Screen share control panel minimized
Today when I share my screen and select record I have two toolbars, one small toolbar at the top of the screen, this toolbar is perfect. I can slide it to the side if I need to get to a tab in a web page while sharing. Now the other participant panel is less that ideal. It take up too much room and I am constantly moving it to show something. Before you say, well you should use two monitors I will kindly ask that the floating toolbar simply be collapsed into the the top tool bar. A nice tough…

Working hours and scheduled glip messages to help with work/life balance
RC users should be able to put in their normal working hours into their RC profile. Any messages or calls outside of their posted hours are flagged. People will then have the option to either continue the call or message OR schedule a message for the following day that the employee works. This would enhance work/life balance for everyone as it will cause pause and reconsideration.

Use the same Team Name on Video Meeting

When MS Exchange account is connected to RC you should have access to all of your meetings, even if they are not RC Meetings
Creating a Teams meeting is pretty much the same thing as creating a Ring Central meeting. It creates a link users can click on to join the meeting, from the browser or the app. When you link your Exchange account to your Ring Central account, you have access to all your future meeting, even if they are not Ring Central meetings. That means users can also see their upcoming Teams meetings. Absolute time on Video recordings
We don't have absolute timestamp (with user timezon or UTC) in video recording neither at interface nor as caption. But that's very helpful sometimes to have not only relative time when we're trying compare timeline with messaging or other events.
