It would be helpful if there were an option for video meeting transcriptions in the desktop app to have a prompt for each file download. This feature would allow users to always choose where to save downloaded files.
Currently, this feature in the RingCentral desktop app is only applicable for AI notes, and while the prompt works on the web app, most customers prefer to use the desktop app.

We would like to request a new functionality for the video conferencing service. Currently, when a user is presenting, the toolbar does not display the chat or audio controls. This limitation creates an issue in scenarios where the presenter needs to quickly mute/unmute themselves or share information through the chat without interrupting the presentation flow.At present, the presenter is forced to stop screen sharing in order to access the meeting controls (chat, audio, etc.), and then restart the presentation. This process disrupts the flow of the meeting and negatively impacts the overall user experience.

The customer is requesting a simplified way to access RingCentral Video meeting attendee lists and related meeting information.
Current Process:
Login as Admin → Reports → Analytics → Performance Reports → Meetings → Search by Meeting ID/User → Apply Date Filter → Download.
Customer Concern:

Separate mailbox for voicemail and faxes
Some faxes are being received on a user mailbox. So when checked voicemails on user access, faxes are read as VM and it adds up on the mailbox storage. It would be better if we have a separate room for voicemail and faxes.

Visibility on RingCentral App MSI Installer Version Expiration
We currently deploy the RingCentral (RingEx) App using the .msi installer to manually push updates to our employees from our internal server.
We’d like to request a feature that provides visibility or notifications when the installed version is nearing expiration. This would allow us to proactively update and push a newer version, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining app compatibility.
Having an option to either check version validity or receive alerts would be highly beneficial for managing deployments at scale.

That way if the webinar is part of a series or may be mixed with other events (live and online) the host only needs to collect registrants once and then upload them to other webinars in the series. This feature is already available on Events according to their website, please add to webinars.

Webinar Live AI Answers
It's always a bit sad or frustrating seeing the "Answered live" for Q&As in Webinars. We should be able to pull from the transcript and use AI to live answer questions. It could pre-answer questions based upon the transcript and maybe uploaded documentation for the webinar. Then the presenters can approve or modify the answers before submitting.
