Ability to hover over a participant and see what information that helps identify their role and/or interest in the meeting
Point of pain being addressed: When meeting with people we haven't met or don't meet with regularly (especially users in customer-facing roles; e.g., AE's, CSM's, Support Leaders, etc.), I find I spend a lot of mental energy trying to figure who is who, why they are there, who reports to whom, etc. E.g., does this person work for the Partner? RC? the Customer? Are they in IT vs. line of business at the customer? Is that lady that's talking the highest ranking person on this call from this customer? Do the others report to her? Restrict phone invitations from 3rd parties to videoconferences and notify the organizer if done
When you invite somebody to a videoconference it gives the invited people the option to invite too, even while entering through the web version. If they do so by phone, the call is taken from the organizer minutes, this can be done without the organizer consent. I propose to add an option to restrict that while organizing the meeting and some kind of notification to the organizer if the scenario takes place

Make it possible to upload downloaded, edited RC meetings BACK into RC for sharing purposes.
We recorded a Medicare Open Enrollment presentation that will be shared with our clients. I downloaded the recorded video, snipped out all uneccessary content and would like to upload it back into RC so it can be easily shared with clients by way of a web link.

Ability to disable built in feature of video movement
3 of us were on a video chat. we were all off mute. when someone speaks their video picture highlights in blue and becomes a bit bigger. we want to turn off that feature so that the video pictures remain static. We were getting sick with the constant movement of the videos. We want the ability to turn off that built in feature.

Access to Messages & Other Tools While Editing Notes
I'd love to be able to take notes using the Notes feature while also messaging with folks. As far as I can tell, I need to save and close my note in order to message while using the app.

Calendar setup to delete or stop forwarding users
This would be a HUGE help to large companies with lots of staff. Sometimes its hard to remember to go back and remove users or stop forwarding calls.
