  1. Option to use 2 IDP's for Single Sign-On

    Currently, we only have an option to set up SSO with one IDP Provider.

    It would be great if we had the option to use two different identity providers (e.g., Okta and Microsoft Azure.) when setting up SSO.

  4. De-provisioned Users in AD can be deleted by Super Admin Role in SW

    Custom Admin / Super Admin role assigned to the User should be able to delete Users on the Admin Portal / Service Web that is already de-provisioned from the Active Directory.

  5. Reason for failure in Archiver to be indicated in Service Web or email notification

    Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

Jeremy Loffredo is aware as well. Joliet Junior College is the customer who is raising this issue and wants these tools to work better together as it causes confusion and delays in getting users added.   8. Add SMS attachment and emoji support to our Google Chrome integration

    End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

  10. Disable Headset and Advanced in RC App

    when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

  16. Allow the ability to disable user's access to Automator

    Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

  20. Jabra Engage via MS Teams EA

    Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.
