    I am posting this on behalf of a client who is using Clio Grow as their CRM.

    Our Unified CRM (RingCentral Lab) integration only works with the standard Clio platform, and not Clio Grow.

    It would be great if we could include this in our plans to expand the Unified CRM feature to include Clio Grow as a click-to-dial/call logging solution.

  5. Quickbase is a database solution that allows for seamless integrations through Pipelines, Webhooks, and APIs. A partnership would expose your services to a wider audience, and with no other phone solutions available for the platform, you could expect a high rate of acquisition.

  10. Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

Joliet Junior College is the customer who is raising this issue and wants these tools to work better together as it causes confusion and delays in getting users added.   14. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.

  16. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?
