  1. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

  5. Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.

  6. We are looking for a screen pop that happens after the call has ended in order for the end-users to finish entering data for the contact. We are using Dynamics 365.

    Hopefully, this option will be available in all integrated applications.

  7. Other phone systems have a feature that allows voicemail messages to be delivered to email (specifically Exchange email) where when the voicemail message is marked as "read" in email, it is automatically marked as "read" in RingCentral. Same is true of deleting messages.

    If RC can figure out a way to do this, it would improve the end-user experience of those with physical phones who might only interact with the phone system through their physical phone and their email. Marking voicemail as read in email will turn off the voicemail notification light.

  9. Need to enable the Bulk Edit User feature for the Directory integrations.
    According to Engineers, once you have enabled the Active Directory the Bulk Edit feature can't be used because the user records are locked by the integration.

  11. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

  12. We are using the RC integration into teams. If someone calls and we press reply and choose "I will call you back in 10 minutes", it says that phrase to the customer.
    The customer then has 5 options, for example, press 2 to leave a voicemail, 3 to respond Yes, 4 to respond No, or 5 to respond "Call me Urgently".

  13. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  15. Currently, we pull the following information (fields) from RC into ZD tickets:

    *Requester
    *Subject
    *Inbound called RC number
    *Last call start

    The fields above were added manually as per RC guide. There is no Call queue field from what we can tell.

    Therefore, we would like to also include a queue as a new field.

    E.g.: If a customer calls “International sales”, it should be reflected in the ticket.

  18. Please add additional rules for RingCentral Automator. For example, there should be a list of reply options such as "No" or "Yes" or "End this conversation". Additionally, replies with "To" should end the conversation and the user should receive a notification.

  19. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

  20. One of our largest customers uses Unanet CRM. We are working to migrate this customer from their Mitel Connect PBX to Ring Central, and this integration would provide us the additional leverage needed to make this migration happen!
