  1. Automatic relevant country code selection

    Automatically select the country code corresponding to Customer’s country code for agents that make outbound calls to multiple regions to confirm the local country code is used or next available options based on predefined rules. Eg. If the agent is dialing to a customer in Germany then the appropriate country code (+49) should automatically be selected and reflect as in the agents caller ID.

  4. Client would like visibility in SF to Closed FRAUD cases

    Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.

    Honeybook is a popular CRM for freelancers. It would be quite efficient to automatically log phone / text interactions with clients from RingCentral into Honeybook, automating client interaction records/history.

    MS Teams offers a ServiceNow Virtual Agent (bot( integration with their messaging platform. Please see the video linked below at approximately the 10 minute mark to see this in action. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk0a_uEy11UCustomer making a request for RingCentral to offer a similar integration.

    Since Ring Central has a Workspace tab for tasks, it would be nice to add the flagged email follow-ups to it.

  14. Integration with Calendly

    Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

  15. Zoom Integration

    It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. Having an option to provide them a link so they can connect to a RC call via Zoom would be great. This integration would be good for the app, RC video and RC…

  16. Forward call to one number when busy and forward call to another number when unanswered

    We've just sign up with RingCentral and I'm trying to migrate the configuration of Nextiva to RingCentral. We have a setting in one of the account, whereby if the phone is busy, forward to the first number, and if the phone is not busy, forward to the second number. The current control handling options of RingCentral is not capable to fulfill that mechanism.

  17. Integration with AgencyBloc

    It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

  19. Support for Google shared contacts sync in Chrome extension

    The Chrome extension is syncing the contacts from their Google Enterprise directory. The request is to be able to sync the Google shared contacts as well, which may include contacts outsides of the organization.

  20. Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.

    Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.
