Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

  4. I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

    1. Allow the option to provision a phone number back from RC to Azure AD via SCIM in case of a new created user. This option should be allowed per admin to enable/disable write back to Azure AD.
    2. Provision/sync a user from Azure AD to RC with an already assigned phone number in Azure AD – meaning this number in AD is leading and shall be assigned to the User on RC side

  16. Reincubate Camo is a 3rd party camera app that allows you to use your phone's camera as the web cam. RingCentral Meetings allowed the integration, but the new RingCentral App does not. Your phone's camera is a much better camera than most built in webcams.   17. Slack is one of the most used messaging apps and many people like to use it for real-time conversation. RC should offer Slack workspaces as add-ins to enhance team messaging your current configuration (link below) does not allow for this. Ideally, I should be able to go to the app tab in RC and open Slack. You have integrations with Google in your ‘Works with Google’ section you should have ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app. There’s incredible need to to contain where conversations are happening and centralizing the activity it’s a huge miss not to offer this.https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/slack

I can envision small automatic scripts or larger applications leveraging the ability to send messages to individuals, groups, and teams via RC client or SMS. A PowerAutomate flow that monitors sales numbers in a database or Excel spreadsheet and generates a message to a team when they meet their numbers.Onboarding system that messages HR, IT, and a new hire's onboarding flow is in process and what state it is in.Maybe a flow that monitors events within the O365 ecosystem and texts or calls IT when some process errors out?There appear to be mechanisms…

  20. Request is for an expansion on the Zendesk integration to show what number the customer dialed and what the customer picked during IVR. If various companies were merged and customers can call different numbers depending on product, then can pick the reason for their call. The called employee currently has to ask all these questions again and has no idea what the customer called and why.
