    1. Allow the option to provision a phone number back from RC to Azure AD via SCIM in case of a new created user. This option should be allowed per admin to enable/disable write back to Azure AD.
    2. Provision/sync a user from Azure AD to RC with an already assigned phone number in Azure AD – meaning this number in AD is leading and shall be assigned to the User on RC side

  9. The ask is to make the RingCentral embedded dialer integration deep link to the device's native default browser as opposed to the embedded browsers within Teams. This can be helpful if a customer uses an older embedded version of Chrome and Electron that are no longer secure. By proxy, RingCentral have to use these during the user authentication process. This information can be found in the user agent information with MS Teams Developer options turned on. Microsoft would need to update its core Teams SDK framework to resolve this on the MS side.

  10. With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.

  11. Enhanced Directory Search in RCO/UCaaS that includes offices, sites, title, and departments with status of user. Up at the top, be able to enter "Branch 1" and see all the users in branch 1 with their status. Sometimes they need to reach people in a site/branch but don't know who, see the status and then they call. Have this today with MSFT Teams, Avaya, and II3/Genesys

  12. ...utlook Contacts.. In RingCentral for Outlook, do not pull names from Active Directory! Just pull them from the Exchange Global Address list and personal Outlook Contacts. We do not want our users seeing every user and resource in our Active Directory!

Show me my services that I have subscribed to, show me my unpaid invoices and all sorts of questions that Customers Service gets.This can be shipped as part of RingCentral products to customers. Will help improve customer satisfaction.

  18. Has RC considered an integration with Lattice (a People Management Platform)? Our medical device business has signed up with Lattice and it would be extremely helpful to have RingCentral integrated as a communications platform. I'm sure other RC customers would benefit as well.
