  4. Automatic relevant country code selection

    Automatically select the country code corresponding to Customer’s country code for agents that make outbound calls to multiple regions to confirm the local country code is used or next available options based on predefined rules. Eg. If the agent is dialing to a customer in Germany then the appropriate country code (+49) should automatically be selected and reflect as in the agents caller ID.

  6. Smart Routing Caller ID Number using Embedded App

    When the caller dialed the main number and the User needs to callback, the main number will show as the User's Caller ID. When the caller dialed the direct number of the user, the caller ID will be the direct number when the user calls back.

  8. File metadata for Archiver

    Currently, when a recording is archived to a 3rd party, they are organized by folders. Using folders to navigate to recordings is fine, but as the number and volume of recordings grow, being able to search for them can become a massive challenge.
    By populating recordings that are archived with metadata using APIs (there are metadata APIs available for Box, Dropbox and GDrive), it will make searching for recordings by date, time, type, caller, handler, etc. far less painful.
    Consider use cases for legal holds, employee sat situations, HR claims.

    Add the ability to intercept calls through RingCentral for Google Chrome plugin, either by adding the HUD feature to the plugin, or by just enabling the ability to intercept calls.

    Currently, updating profile pictures by the Admins is currently not available but the customer wants to understand if we have a roadmap to add this directly or through OKTA in the future? Thank you

  11. MSI support for the new Embedded Dialer Plug-in

    Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

  12. New option for Direct Dial data. add option as "Mobile Data or Carrier Minutes"

    Purolator wants to arm their drivers with Zebra devices with the RC App. they need the calls to go over the cellular data network and use the carrier minutes ONLY when cell data is not available. The plan they have with their current provider offers unlimited data but carrier calls are very expensive and is only to be used when absolutely necessary.

  13. Permit Retroactive Archiving of Data in the Archiver

    I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

  15. Integrate with Google Translate

    We need a translator from time to time, and while Google Translate is not perfect, it would be good enough. You can have Google Translate use audio on the computer speakers, but it doesn't come through in the conversation. Is there a way to make that work?

  17. Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral

    There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

  19. Archiver Bulk upload messages, fax and voicemail.

    To have an option to Bulk upload messages, fax, and voicemail in Archiver for the whole user extensions across accounts.This will help admins to manage data for all users.

  20. Archiver - 30 Day Search Limit

    Archiver has come out of beta and a new 30 day search limit has been applied. I now cannot determain quickly how many recordings are in my recording solution (prior was no limit)I cannot do a single SAR searches via the archiver tool, It has to be done in batches. 2 telephone numbers over 1 year means 24 unique searches and a lot of wasted time.:/
