  1. HubSpot keeps saving new inbound calls as contacts on BT Account whenever we receive a call from Unknown numbers. It would be best it to relate those Unknown numbers to existing contacts

  2. Please integrate all direct numbers with WhatsApp business. Only the main number has access to WhatsApp business. All numbers on an account should have WhatsApp business access.

  3. I need to have the RC plugin back to Outlook since I need to use it for calling. If I'm going to use the RC for Outlook app, I have to upgrade my plan to MS 2016 but I am only using MS 365

  5. is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.

  6. We have server side call logging feature in our roadmap targeted next year Q1 which will allow users to log calls irrespective on which RingCentral platform user makes outbound/inbound calls.

  10. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

  12. Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.

    It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.

    Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

  13. Currently, agents are being logged out of the CXOne system when multiple browsers are open with CXOne running in each. We would like to request the ability to configure a setting that allows agents to remain logged in across multiple browser instances without being automatically logged out, improving flexibility and user experience.

  15. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

  16. Can we have a something that takes the data from calls, and imports it into Power Bi? the current reporting dashboard is ok, But the ability to import that into Power Bi would be great!

  17. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.

  18. Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.

    The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

  19. Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?
