Hi, I have integrated my google contacts with ring central. There are some fields missing. Every one of my contacts has a webpage / URL. In my ring central contacts I do not see this and I am unable to add webpage / URL for my contacts

Bulk Edit of Users for Integrated Microsoft Teams
We'd like to request the ability to use the Bulk Edit feature for user management in environment integrated with Microsoft Teams. Currently, since SCIM is enabled, Bulk Edit is disabled, which significantly limits our ability to manage users efficiently.
Even with SCIM enabled, there should be an option for admins to perform bulk edits when needed. Introducing this capability would greatly improve administrative efficiency and enhance the overall user management experience.

Force a number associated with multiple contacts to display as a Department or Site
Currently, if a phone number is associated with multiple contact records, the application will show all contacts linked to the same number without any filtering.
We are looking for a way to force a number associated with multiple contacts to display as a Department or Site number during dialing.

Text message templates in RingCentral for HubSpot CTI
Looking for an option to have the 'Text message template' or 'Use template' when sending SMS using the RingCentral for HubSpot CTI.
Currently, this feature is not yet available in the integration. It is only visible in RingCentral standalone application.

Allow admins to send SMS on behalf of others
Right now, using the API, one can only send an SMS from the phone numbers associated with the credentials used to authenticate to the API. This is limiting because it requires implementers to manage a large set of credentials and use different credentials depending on the phone numbers they want to send SMS from.
This idea would introduce the ability/permission for a RingCentral user with the SuperAdmin role to invoke the send SMS API to send messages from any phone number in the company (assuming that phone number is enabled for SMS via TCR).

Integrate WhatsApp to MVP plans
It would be great if we had the option to integrate WhatsApp into MVP office plans.Currently, there is no direct way to integrate WhatsApp and their MVP account. The only way is by having a RingCX Digital account and connecting to WhatsApp. If they need help in setting up RingCX Digital account, they will have to reach out to their Account Manager or our Sales team.

I want to sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace without changing our current SCIM setup.
I have some teams on Google Voice that need to be able to see our other teams on RingCentral for call handling.Importing via a .csv file is not effective as the file will need to be periodically downloaded from RingCentral, and then imported into Google Workspace.

Integrate Salesforce within the RC App
The more our customers leverage RingCX, they need a way to avoid web page refreshes disconnecting calls. Salesforce (SFDC) encounters a lot of random refreshes that are impacting the SFDC Agent widget when on calls (since it's just the RCX native with a skin on it). If the agent can use the embedded RCX within the desktop version of RingEX, and they can access SFDC content in-app, that would be a solid workaround for the refresh issue.
SFDC content to access in-app includes: customer profiles, records, accounts, opportunities, etc.

HubSpot: Associate Calls to other objects such as Deals
Currently, we are only able to associate calls to a contact record. And even though all the call logs are saved against that contact record, it can become tedious to figure out which call is related to which deal. Moreover, sometimes a call needs to be linked to an email or a manual note, to give it more context and make it easily searchable.
So an option to associate calls to other objects (Deals, Invoices, Emails, Notes, etc) in HubSpot would be very useful.

HubSpot: Individual control for pop-up windows
It would be very useful to have individual control over which calling window should up between the in HubSpot pop-up window vs the independent browser window (app.hubspot.com/calling-integration-popup-ui).
This way the end user can choose to only show one window if they prefer.
