  2. Description:
    Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.

    Use Case:
    Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.

    Current Behavior:
    Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.

    Expected Behavior:
    The HubSpot integration should allow voicemails to be shared with multiple users, similar to the native RingCentral feature.

    Improved team efficiency…

    Currently, the system displays only the first 5 contacts associated with an account when searching for contacts within the application. This behavior requires users to manually log calls to the correct contact when there are more than 5 contacts sharing the same phone number.

    Current Behavior:

    Application shows only the first 5 contacts for an account when multiple contacts share the same phone number.

    Users must manually select or log calls to the appropriate contact if the intended contact is not within the first 5 displayed.

  4. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
    When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

  8. Also, there should be the ability to record each users voice for outbound calls. It would be so simple to do! For example each time a user makes an outbound call the voice recording of the user could say, Hello, this is ______________ from XYZ company on a recorded line.... then the user would just take over the call seamlessly. Your current way of announcing causes everyone to hang up! This is super important in Florida as we are a two party consent state for call recording.   9. Currently, when the calling option is set to Browser and the 'Pop up the app for inbound calls' is enabled, users will still need be on the HubSpot page to see the pop up window for inbound calls.

    It would be great if we have an option for the pop up window to appear even if the end-user is not on the HubSpot page during the incoming call.

  10. Hi, I have integrated my google contacts with ring central. There are some fields missing. Every one of my contacts has a webpage / URL. In my ring central contacts I do not see this and I am unable to add webpage / URL for my contacts

  13. We'd like to request the ability to use the Bulk Edit feature for user management in environment integrated with Microsoft Teams. Currently, since SCIM is enabled, Bulk Edit is disabled, which significantly limits our ability to manage users efficiently.

    Even with SCIM enabled, there should be an option for admins to perform bulk edits when needed. Introducing this capability would greatly improve administrative efficiency and enhance the overall user management experience.

  14. Currently, if a phone number is associated with multiple contact records, the application will show all contacts linked to the same number without any filtering.

  15. Looking for an option to have the 'Text message template' or 'Use template' when sending SMS using the RingCentral for HubSpot CTI.

    Currently, this feature is not yet available in the integration. It is only visible in RingCentral standalone application.

  19. I have not been able to find a simple solution to download our Teams chat history. I am aware that I can download the Teams messages in the app settings, but it only saves as a .json file, which is not useful for my purposes. Requesting a complete data download of our Teams messages, including all reactions, images, files, and other documents shared within the messages?
