  1. It would be great if we had the option to bypass the operating system's network permission when installing plugins and an option to install it without creating a desktop shortcut. Most installers have options on whether to add shortcuts. However, the installer with RingCentral is behind some layers of wrappers so we need to experiment with whether we can customize this behavior

  3. Admins should have an option to remove the Fax icon in the RingCentral for Teams.
    Fax has been disabled admin portal.

  4. We use a product called Knock CRM to handle inbound calls after hours and when all of our staff are unavailable to answer a call for leasing an apartment. It has a call out feature that when clicked, triggers a call to the users phone, and then creates a call to the original caller and merges them. It would be great if we could just tie that directly into our RingCentral system.

  17. Currently, the admin portal only shows that the archiving failed in Archiver and we can hit the Retry button. It would be helpful if the reason for failure will be indicated along with the Retry button or will be stated in the email notification.

Jeremy Loffredo is aware as well. Joliet Junior College is the customer who is raising this issue and wants these tools to work better together as it causes confusion and delays in getting users added.   20. End users need a simple SMS solution that integrates into their web-based CRM. While our Google Chrome integration does off click-to SMS support, it does not support attachments or emojis. Customers need to direct their users to use the RC App when attachments and emojis are needed.
