  1. We are unable to use the ringcentral click to
    dial function from within the individual contact record, however it is
    working from our contacts list. We will just click to dial from the list.

  2. If you are out of the office, using mobile app or not logged in (aka after business hours), and Pipedrive browser is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Pipedrive CRM.

  3. When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.

    Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.

  7. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.

  17. Currently, HubSpot does not support direct 3-way calling. To use this feature, HubSpot requires you to select the calling mode that directs the call to the RingCentral app, which has the 3-way calling functionality.

  18. The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.

    Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

  19. A way for end-users to integrate their RC Video meetings to HubSpot Profiles.
