RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

  2. We have users that make calls from Salesforce that need to be able to speak to secondary callers at the same time. This includes language translation service providers while the original caller is on the line. Please add ASAP. Using the regular RingCentral app is not productive as all the popups and call disposition field from Salesforce will not work.

  5. The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

  11. The only way for calls to log into Hubspot is if the RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension is installed. This helps with most calls (not all) logging in Hubspot but the biggest frustration is that the extension ringer, both the ringtone sound itself and the volume of the ringtone is very loud and sounds like an old-school landline telephone. The sound is incredibly distracting and painful. There are no settings to turn this off, change the ringtone or adjust the volume. This can effect how sales/customer service teams perform and if we remove the extension then our calls won't log…

  14. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

  17. The request is to be able to transfer live call to RingCentral Co-worker (warm, blind, to VM). Currently, when on a live call, RC for Dynamics offers ability for user to transfer. However, search results yield CRM contacts only

Can you please create a direct integration with Freshworks/Freshsuite CRM to connect to call directly through Freshworks CRM and connect calls and recordings to contacts in Freshworks CRM? also to connect files, video messaging, scheduling, SMS and team and customer chat all through Ringcentral frominside the Freshworks/Fresh Suite CRM without having to use a paid connector 3rd party PLEASE!!

  19. Give the customer the ability to change the way an inbound number appears. For instance we currently had a customer integrate their fax server and previously the inbound number was formatted like this: 239/123-4567. Now when they get a fax, the inbound number shows up like this: +12391234567 and this is causing then to have to reprogram their fax server.
