Aside for receiving text and email. We can add a phone call to receive the 6 digit code.
I have my 2factor for apple business set to contact my number. When it calls me for a code it will normally ring my phone and I pick up to get the code. Ever since we switched over I have not been receiving phone calls to get the code. It will just show up in my app as a missed call.

Notification of outage for API products e.g MS teams , PBX MS Team
Hi Team,The customer is requesting if it's possible to add a notification inside API products that we offer. if there's an outage on the integrated productthey will be notify right away and no need to call and report it to us so we could create a ticket about it.

Combine Meeting/Video Calendar and task calendar - integrate w/ outlook
Currently there are two calendars in the RC App, one for video meetings and the workspace calendar. There should be one calendar in the RC app that contains everything and that can be integrated with outlook as meetings and contacts are.

allow adaptive cards to take full width available
Right now you can programmatically post cards to a ring central room, but they are very limited in width. So if you try to post something like a table of data, you can do it, but your table will tend to get cut off. There will be lots of free space to the right, but the cards won't use that. It can be pretty annoying. I'll attach an example.

Hoping For IFTTT Support and applets.
Wish there was IFTT support with RingCentral with the applets. I'm not smart with computer and IFTT Makes It easy to delever information to almost any platform i need from. From live call display for free pbx. The same would be great for here to help out even more. We use IFTT for alot and its unsupported. Just being our luck as we are Considerable familour about pipedream and other apps like that. I'm old school. I would love to be able to get my inbound info from IFTT the same way as i would on this platform that's great.

Attach VM Audio file to the email transcription email
Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

Enterprise Admins should be able to administer Developer Portal Apps for All Instance
In Enterprise Federations Enterprise Admins may administer all the intances in the Admin Portal, but not in the Developer's portal. It is necessary to create separate logins in each instance in order to create and manage 'Applications' in the developer portal. This should work like other operation in the Enterprise Admin Role.

API token expiration and or failing
Idea: We can get an email or some kind of an alert like 10 days before an API token becomes expired so productivity in calls just dont stop suddenly. I think Cx could benefit from this because it could impact the IVRs and the APIs they have in the nodes. So an alert system or an email stating that the authentication is about to expire is a benefit instead of it stopping productivity grabbing debug logs reading the errors and spending time generating a new token Cx can do it when there call centers are off work.

Extend the number of characters/email address that can be added on the email field under notification settings.
Customer would like to extend number of characters that can be input on the email field on the notification settings. (Current max is 250)

If it is possible to dial out using cellphone number/from the phone without using the app but the RingCentral number will appear.
Customer wants to dial a code from his phone before/after the phone number they want to call which will initiate a call that will show their ringcentral number instead of their cellphone number
