Exclude Guests from MS Teams Company Contact Sync
Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records. Force call type/outcome for logged calls | RingCentral for Hubspot
A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

RC for Hubspot Warm Transfer
Customer had provided screen recording which you may find attached to this email as zip file.
You can see that there is no option to "ask first" before transferring as the previous app allowed. A window in HubSpot with my contact profile also does not pop up like it used too, I realise I have multiple profiles however this is true for guests with only one profile too.
If this does not help, then we can arrange a meeting with the customer directly.

Only Offer Teams Plugin Download After Unable to Detect Plugin
Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue. cardconnect integration
We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

Sync MS Teams users Direct Routing with out e5 licenses
As per customer, Assigning E5 Licenses to sync direct routing to RingCentral would not work for them.
As per support site, each users should have e5 licenses for them to be able to sync each users to the Service portal.
Customer would like to eliminate the need for E5 license to sync direct routing

Presence Sync - RC App call status
I have enabled Teams integration. When I enable Teams Presence sync users are going on Do Not Disturb with out their doing. In the Audit it shows my user toggling on and off DND for these users, I am not. If I disable presence sync, this stops. Is there some sort of setting that is causing this.
Users state they do not have any calendar items that would be setting them to be busy.3 votes -

Option to increase the size of the CTI dialer
It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.
It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.
