Pipedrive integration - Log all calls regardless of RingCentral for the Pipedrive browser is closed
If you are out of the office, using mobile app or not logged in (aka after business hours), and Pipedrive browser is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Pipedrive CRM.

HubSpot Chrome Extension: Option to auto-pop a New Contact Page when no matching record
When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.
Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.

For e.g.

disable glip
I wanted to propose a feature enhancement for the RingCentral Apps. It would be beneficial if we could have an option in the Admin Portal to enable or disable the Glip messaging feature. This control could be restricted to Super Admins, ensuring that access to toggle this feature on or off is limited to those with the highest privileges.
I believe this addition would provide greater flexibility and control over messaging capabilities within our organization.
