  1. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

Hi, this idea came from one of my clients:For the HUD to show the inbound caller even when transferred to another extension."The HUD provides an overview of what other users in the organisation are currently doing.   10. I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

  16. As a RingCentral customer I would like to see the development team look to offer infrastructure as code support for RingCentral, such as Terraform or Ansible. Allowing customers to automate the provision and ongoing management of resoruces in RingCentral accounts.As a customer with over 230 sites each with multiple users, IVRs, Queues and devices, being able to manage this as code provides both consistency and an ability to scale.Although the APIs are useful, our engineers prefer to work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as it is a lot easier.   18. Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

  19. Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.
