    This is a must-have for all RingCX accounts. On top of the being able to customize the audio prompts for the callback (so that callers only hear 1 voice), we should be able to add an option for keypresses if they wanted to be called back on their calling number (key press 1) or if they wanted to be called back on a different line (press 2)

    Just to add to this, it would be great to customize and disable/enable the Call Recording prompt per site.

    This would allow clients to setup the announcement depending on which state their site/group caters to.

    I understand this is already "Under Review" but some accounts to need mobility from their users so that they could still answer calls via their mobile apps while performing tasks away from their desks.
