    RC video ,there is no option t record multiple times in one meeting. You are limited to 1 recording. We speak to multiple applicants in an hour and we need to have separate recordings for each under one meeting link.

    Aside from DND from a desk phone I need to setup a button / key to switch the system/account to afterhours auto-attendant.The auto receptionist is already set up for business hour but we want a way to manually switch to afterhours manually without changing the business schedule.

    Is there a way for me to see when calls are not answered from our main company line live? Preferably via mobile app.
    Just to give you an overview, we have our system set-up so that all calls that come in are routed to a call queue which is our call center. Now, we want to be able to monitor that call queue for all the calls that are missed in the most convenient way possible. Is there a way to see their call history live to monitor any missed calls via ringcentral app desktop or mobile?
