    Customer currently uses Cirrus softphone. Cirrus allows the ability to cherry pick incoming calls, so the user has the ability to select a call from a list of incoming calls if they deem it to be more important than other incoming calls in that list.This is particularly useful in environments where critical or emergency calls are received on the same ingress point as normal calls, allowing the user to address these critical calls first.
