    Maintaining a single email address for all extensions is crucial to enhance security and prevent misuse of RingCentral data. Allowing employees to reset and log into RingCentral accounts through mobile devices or laptops using different email addresses could pose significant security risks to the organization. For example, employees might download recordings to personal devices, potentially leading to data misuse. Therefore, implementing this feature should be prioritized and enabled as soon as possible.

  2. Schedule meeting using "Meeting Info"

    scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab.
    Our Users are not using Microsoft or Google calendars.
    Adding this "meeting info" functionality would greatly improve the users experience by enabling easy tracking of upcoming meetings.

    Yes, Timezone should be there to choose like EST, MST, PST etc.. ( Same as attached image)

    Time Zone need to be there so that I can select,( i.e. EST, CST, MST, PST etc.)
