It is critical for our company to have an audit trail for hot desk phones because most of our team members (80%) are using hot desk phones, not the RingCentral app. I don't understand how there is no audit trail, although all phone calls are recorded. Please develop the feature asap.

I also suggest one more to this idea. Do not reset the customized time when changing the date. I'd like to check only a certain timeframe for different dates. It is really inconvenient to set the timeframe again and again whenever moving to a different date. It will be helpful if there is a filter or preset function to customize the timeframe that I need to see.
