New RingCentral - no date stamp for text messages from the day of
Date and time stamp should be included in all text messages being sent within the RingCentral desktop app. At times, this is used in conjunction with our Accounting team to receive confirmation from users to approve certain matters. Having the text message only read 'today' does not help to validate when the communication actually took place (date and time). The only time date and time is included together is when it's a past date.
Please ensure that you are on the latest version of the app. Thank you!

All text messages in RingCentral used to have a date/time stamp by EVERY message, which is what we require, and you removed it. Why did you change that? In employment, we use text messages as written documentation between our company and employees/applicants. I really don't have the time to scroll up to find out the date of a message, and I'm having to do this a LOT now. Even then, I still have to look up the date itself because you only list the days of the current week. This is critical for legal documentation in our business.

Jessica, right now it is just showing the time of the text next to the message with no date... we need both

Hello RingCentral! This is very important to have the date/time stamp, we would really appreciate if you can bring this back please. Thank you.

Agree. We need the date/ time stamp right next to the text visible at all times and not just available when we hover over the text.

In the prior version of ring central this feature was very instrumental in our job for logging purposes to have the time stamp visible at all times. After the new update, we've lost that feature. Requesting to have said feature reinstated.
