   AGAIN - MyCASE integration PLEASE. MyCase has the phone numbers, and we are using you to make the calls, FOR NOW.

   EVEN IF YOU JUST SHARE RingCentral call data with MyCase (lawfirm billing and management program) MyCase could recognize phone numbers and thus prompt accurate billing based on (date/time/duration)

    Update as of 1/23/23 - this functionality is coming in Q2 2023, no specific ETA yet. Coming December 2022: the ability to export and save SMS conversations.
