  1. Just like the RingCentral softphone, the RC App needs a way to ALWAYS bring the RC App to the front/foreground when an incoming call arrives. This is critical especially for IVR Agents that need to take the call. Today, one has to click on the taskbar notification, then the RC App appears. Only then can the agent accept of reject the call.

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

  5. I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

    Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients.   7. Some customers need the ability to authenticate a custom application for server-side connection via password-flow. However, when they enforce SSO on the account, this option goes away. If a single user in the account could authenticate via RC Credentials while the rest of the users are enforced for SSO, this would solve the issue.

  8. When using Multi-Site (with an IVR menu built specifically for that site), can the dial by name directory be specific to the site? Rather than the current situation where it's the entire account.

  10. Can we get back the functionality where I'm able to edit tasks within the team/group/etc, and to be able to have categories/sections again? When converting to new app, sections are removed. Also, it would be nice to get the whole tab back where you can view completed, and pending separately. To add, you also can't comment on a specific task now.

  12. In the previous version of the RingCentral app, we're able to leave message updates in relation to given tasks. This new version doesn't have that, and it makes keeping tasks organized super tricky!

  13. It's not easy to know that you may miss a task unless you are constantly looking at the team that task is in. Having a centralized place for all tasks would make sure things didn't get missed.
