 commentedThe HUB feature is so helpful on the desktop phone app can you add it to the mobile Ring Central app? Since the RC phone app is not available on mobile anymore.

 commentedI would like to submit the idea on getting the HUD feature enabled on the Mobile App as well. Currently this is only available for the users on the desktop application and delegates are unable to monitor the calls through the mobile app. Please let us know if you think that this feature would be added in any time soon.

 commentedI'd like to see the Unified app offer the same HUD option as the classic version where you can select users all at once instead of one at a time like it's set up nowAnyone that users the HUD would benefit greatly as building the HUD isn't very intuitive in the unified app.

 commentedThe is a HUD feature on the RC phone application however this feature is not available on the RC app. Would be extremely useful to our practice to have this feature enabled. We are being told we can no longer use the phone application and must use the RC app. Not happy :(

 commentedCurrently the HUD only exists in the RC Phone app. our users currently have both apps ring on their PC with incoming calls. this causes confusion. If the HUD is added to the new RingCentral app, we can uninstall RC Phone.

 commentedThis is a feature currently available through the RingCentral Phone app that gives us the ability to quickly call specific people in our organization as well as have a quick glance of their current status. Not having this feature in the new app when the Phone app will no longer be available is going to slow down our call center and the response we give to our clients that call in for assistance.

 commentedI know there is an idea for adding this feature to the desktop app, but I think it really needs to be on the mobile app as well. I want to be able to monitor calls from the mobile app, but currently I can only do that from the RC Phone app. The RC Phone app for mobile is retiring soon and is outdated, so this would be a nice and helpful feature

 commentedPlease add the HUD feature on the new RC App. Also if you could add a to have at least 2 computers authorized for the classic app that would be much appreciated. Can you also add the feature to sync the DND status from the deskphone to the app, I would appreciate that.

 commentedThe HUD feature that existed in RC Phone app (classic) is missing from the new RingCentral Phone app.There is know way for a secretary to answer their boss' phone from the new system.

 commentedThe RC Phone app uses a HUD, which allows users to see if other users are on active calls, available/unavailable, etc., but the RingCentral App does not. Having the HUD would help users know if another user is available for a transfer or not.
