I would love to be able to attach files to the text message templates
I love the new template feature in text messaging, but it would be even more fantastic if we could upload files into the templates.

allow customers to enable dialing to all countries as a blanket choice.
As a business owner, I want my team to be able to call any country, any number, any time. I should not have to provide written consent for individual countries, rather, I should be able to elect to enable international dialing as a blanket choice.

Centralized User extension / Line
What I am looking for is a way to have a "Shared Extension". Basically a RingCentral Account that other people can login to with their specific credentials, sort of like a shared Mailbox in Outlook.
For example, let's say both Bob and Joe work at Admissions, and there is the phone "Admissions".
Bob could login to his own account (bob@company.com), and choose "Admissions 1" as the extension he is accessing. He then could see all of Admissions' Faxes, Texts, and Voicemail, and he could send texts, faxes and calls out over this extension as if he was directly…

Add a Separate permission for international SMS.

Reports for number of calls being received per user.
I was hoping you could help me figure something out - we want to generate some reports about how many calls each user is receiving, but we're running into an issue
Right now our main number call handling is set to route to a receptionist user, then the receptionist transfers calls to the intended recipient - seemingly a pretty normal office configuration
But when we generate a Performance Report in Analytics, it shows that any call coming into the main number is being counted as a call to the Receptionist

To include Saudi Arabia in RingCentral International Numbers Supported Countries
The customer would like to assign an international phone number for their employee based in Saudia Arabia.
Informed that Saudi Arabia is not part of Supported RingCentral International number.
Submitted this feature request on behalf of the customer so that they may be able to work with their Saudi Arabia-based employee in the future through RingCentral

Block calls with no caller ID on Super admin extension
We need to apply the option "Block calls with no caller ID" to run only in the direct number of the Super admin extension 101 however the option applies on all the extension of the account, as we have consulted support currently that is an expected behavior It would be nice if there is an option in the admin portal where we can choose the extension where this will apply and for it to be applied on all extension when set in the super admin

Spell Check multiple languages and disable option for Cloud Office
It would be great if Avaya Cloud Office would have a spell check for other languages than English. In my case: German. As well as the ability to disable the spell check. Currently, I am using the app in German, but the app spell checks in English. This results in everything I type being underlined in red. This is quite annoying.
So the first improvement would be to be able to disable the spell check without having to disable it for the whole computer system. A second step then, of course, would be to provide the spell check in the…1 vote -
Bypass User extension greeting
We are setting up our account one have 1 number we need to setup the extension 101 that when dialed directly it will say our billing team greeting however when the main number is dialed it would play the greeting for the auto receptionist and when forwarded to an extension it will play the greeting for the extension of the user, we need a way to by pass the greeting for the user extension when the main number is dialed however we do not see any option in the online acciunt for us to accomplish this

BT Call forwarding via Virtual Extensions
In RC JIra RC-62900 we have come across an architecural limitation for BT accounts with International numbers(non-UK numbers). In BT accounts with international numbers, the extensions without primary number cannot conduct call forward to PSTN as the PAI/DIV headers can only contain the UK main company number.
Impacted Use case: Call forwards can be easily configured in the account using virtual extensions, ie the call flow PSTN-> Extn A call forwards -> Extn B(without primary number) call forwards to -> PSTN Dstn
