Adding the keypress to show in incoming call information when receiving a call
Usually, it will only show the number being dialed by callers and not including the keypress they have pressed. It would be great if keypresses dialed by callers should also reflect in the call information.

Inbound Group SMS Text
Clinics as well as other verticles are requesting more inbound texting capabilities to Groups of users. We have done a few work arounds using the Company SMS Text Setting to a Virtual Extenson with a common login for all users, This requires them to run either two RC Apps at the same time or use the RC App as their primary end-point and then use WebRTC as an example for their secondary External Inbound/Outbound Group Texting. In this case, the clinic uses texting for patient scheduling. This is replacing OhMD for this particlular clinic.

Upgrade firmare for Yealink T42S, T46S etc.
Yealink has a great dual connect headset (WH63) that can flip between deskphone and softphone/computer. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh63 Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Ring Central because Ring Central's firmware for the Yealink phones is outdated. This was my message to Yealink after hours of figuring this out. Is it possible to push/help Ring Central to update their auto-provisioned Firmware to V86 for the T42S and T46S Yealink Phones? Folder with option for sub folder
So the folder would be called "Minor Toolbox" then the sub folders would be like "addiction" and in that subfolder would be documents like worksheets that a caseworker could download and use with the youth they work with

Allow 911 Alert Recipients to Listen to 911 Call
When a 911 call is placed, all 911 alert recipients should be part of a queue to be able to pick up and listen to the call in real time. This will allow internal emergency teams to be fully aware of all aspects of the emergency, without wasting precious time by calling each other multiple times to coordinate. Call history to show the number dialed to determine if the call was to a queue or direct
In the call history tab can the calls display what number they called? I am on a queue for the I.T. helpdesk, if someone calls the helpdesk number and I miss it, it shows in my call history (All calls & missed calls) tabs as a missed call but nowhere does it show if they called me direct or if they called our queue. If they called me direct I feel I should return the call, if they called the queue then I can assume someone else answered the call.I know I can do this in the android app by…

Shadow call from people of people at remote sites
in the context of the integration of new employees, manager and new employee must do a call together with customer for example, but manager should not appear in call but could listen and also speak if necessary.

Colorblind Setting
Allow users to enable a colorblind feature that makes presence indicators change to shapes (X, checkmark, -) for "Do not disturb", "Available", and "In a a call". A significant portion of the population cannot distinguish between the green and red dots currently being used to represent presence in the application.

Simultaneous Ringing in Queues
We desperately need the ability to have multiple queues and as a call makes it way through those queues that the queues the call had passed continues to ring as it adds the second queue then the third queue. I assume this isnt an option based on conversation and research.

Provide list of all prefixes which are chargeable outside of my calling plan
I am seeing charges on my bill for calls that are apparently outside of my dial plan (Domestic and International) but there is nothing within the Portal to tell me which prefixes are and are not included. Please update the Admin Portal to show which prefixes and included (and thus also excluded) from my calling plan. I appreciate there are limitations on Global MVP if we exceed the bundle minutes, but we will be able to see this in the data - at present we do not have any means to see which numbers our user can call which are…

Smarter Meeting Reminders
I have users that report that when they are already in a meeting or call, the RC app will still pop up a reminder that they need to join the meeting - which they are already in. RC should already know they are in a meeting.

Show name when dialing
when placing an outbound call, show the name of the person I’m trying to call BEFORE hitting the call button. This way I can tell if I’ve dialed correctly.

Shared Fax Inbox in RC App for Departments
The request is to allow a department fax inbox within RingEX Application. Currently, users can see their own fax inbox, but it would be helpful to also have access to faxes that arrive to shared fax accounts within the RingEX Application. This would eliminate the need to use email to deliver the fax to multiple users, which could pose a security problem for PII. It would keep the document protected within the application and make it easily accessible for multiple users.

Create teams based on lists with email addresses (Creation of teams in Unify Office)
-Supported so far are only list of pure email mail addresses separated with ';'.-For simple creation it should be possible to create lists in a format

Update Filter by Department Option within Users with Extensions to allow filter of users without Department set
Allow us IT admins to filter our users by those who don't have the department set. This allows us to better manage new user setups who may not be allocated to a team at setup stage, but allows us to easily see who needs adding to a department still. The filter box needs an unassigned option.
