  1. It would be useful to have all notification emails come from Notify@ringcentral.com NOT from the marketing email Service@ringcentral.com. This causes issues when trying to filter for important emails buried within these marketing emails. It seems that there are some notifications that got it right, but some did not. This would fix a lot of issues with rules within Outlook and tools alike.

  2. You might consider allowing customers to transfer a device purchased from RingCentral to a different RingCentral account without voiding the warranty, as long as both accounts are within the RingCentral system.

  7. Now that my SMS/TCR application is approved, I would like a record of the specifics of our application so all staff can set up and utilize the content correctly. There is no means to copy or download the content of our application. Most forms can easily be adapted to save to text or PDF so we can have a record, so we would like to have that option available.

  15. I suggest that when you forward your ring central phone # to your individual personal phone that the ring central # shows up on the personal line when someone calls. This will allow you to see if it's a personal call or your business number.

The ability to "bcc" to another text number automatically whenever you send texts and whenever a text is received, so almost like a bcc for email, but it will always send a copy of that text to a particular number for later access if needed to find it since the option to archive the full messages not just logs, is not yet available.
