Turn off option - Ringcentral answering immediately - MFA calls
I need an option that will stop ringcentral "answering" a call and putting it in its own sort of queue before the user connects -- it definitely answers straight away and when the user connects it is part way through the mfa code, often too far to get the code. Similar to this in the community forum https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/96318/compatibility-with-voice-calls-from-microsoft-mfa.html but with other companies - support has confirmed that it is not fixed and needs a feature request

Automatic Call recording to not record in states where recording is not allowed.
i dont want calls to record in states where its not alloweed to record, because that its with the law. we used hubspots dialer before which could automatically turn off recording for those states

Incoming caller ID name display on app
In the app, incoming calls only show a phone number for caller ID, no name appears. A basic request, I'm surprised it's not available.

Reserve URLs for email addresses
In a comparable product line, there is an option to register (prove ownership of) a URL, and then all email addresses with that URL are locked to our account only. What is happening is employees are creating their own free accounts outside of our account, and then they have to adjust or delete the email address for us to apply the correct email in our account. In theory this could even be used as a denial of service attack if someone just started guessing and taking our email addresses (can we even dispute ownership of that email to regain a…

2 Way factory Authentication multiple email recipient for Shared Extension.

The widget order of appearance is currently divided by when they are added. Adding a new on to the top of thd list requires the user to start over with a clean slate. Dragging the widgets up/down the screen would be ideal

Allow users to select different colours to visually see different phone numbers a caller is calling, For example (Blue for company numbe...
...r, Green for RC direct number) This would visually allow users to see what number a caller is calling without having to see the phone number called.. When users have more than one phone number they are associated with, giving the option to select different colours when a caller phones into different phonen numbers would be beneficial.

...egrated telephony.. The Call waiting audio alert currently only works when the existing call is answered from the RingCentral app. However, there are clients who use integrated apps such as Salesforce which has a RingCentral dialer built-in which would benefit from this setting.

Show a template preview
It would be useful to preview what user settings a selected template would change before it is applied. Even just a 'the following settings are impacted by the template' on the apply template confirmation pop-up would be helpful. This would help confirm exactly what admins should expect of a given action.
