    Caller ID Name (CNAM) functionality, which displays a caller's name along with their phone number, is currently available only for RingCentral North America (US and Canada) customers. This feature allows businesses to display their company name (or a specified name up to 15 characters) on the recipient's caller ID display when making outbound calls.

  2. I have hundreds of clients, some whom I've only met once or only online. It would be nice to be able to add a photo to their contact card so when I see them in public I can put a name to a face.

  5. I have a client who wanted extension 5 to be direct to voicemail, we setup a message only extension.
    We wanted to have part of the recording say "if this is an emergency press 0 to be connected to an operator" this is not a feature and would be quite helpful.

Customer is using a Cisco 8851 that was manually provisioned, and is requesting the ability to configure multiple line appearances to allow the receptionist to handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously. Currently, this functionality is not supported on manually provisioned devices, limiting call-handling efficiency.

  9. I want my physical phone to receive all the call queues I'm apart of. However, my softphone on my cell phone I want the option to only receive direct calls to my extension and not the call queues I'm apart of. Reason being when I walk away from my office I don't want to get all those call queue calls but I still want to receive direct calls.

  13. The customer wants to add an external email address that does not have an active RingCentral account for external guest communications. Currently, as per the article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-your-domain-allowblock-list-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US, domains and email addresses without an active RingCentral account cannot be added.
