Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Sometimes when you join a meeting, you want to say "Hello" but don't want to interrupt ongoing discussion. So it will be great to introduce "Hello" reaction just for this case.

gallery mode available when only I am in meeting
Until someone else joins a meeting, I can't set any gallery arrangements up, even if I am logged in on multiple devices as myself and want to show one screen from one PC and the gallery view on the other PC.

Set the default virtual background for all users in an organization
We would like to be able to set a default background option for all users (or selected users) in our organization.Our team of call center users is continually changing with users being added or deleted from the organization. The new users almost always forget to set their virtual background to blurred or an approved background.We need to be able to go into the Administration Portal and select a group of users and set their default virtual background as blurred (or any image that we choose).Is this possible?

Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

allow use of zoom link without download of Ring Central
When we send our customers a meeting link, they have to download ring central specifically just to join. its an irritant to our customers.

Sharing Audio when sharing screen in a RingCentral meeting using Mozilla and Safari
Currently we can share audio while in a meeting only using Chrome and Microsoft Edgebut not when using Safari or Mozilla

Share host Audio in RC Video in Desktop App
RingCentral Meetings and Zoom support sharing Host audio to a presentation. From our testing yesterday this is possible IF the RC Video session is started from the web app, but not if started from the all-in-one desktop app.Why:It is often useful for a host to share not just an image, but sound as well, in a meeting or presentation.

Be able to hover over participants to see their email address
it would be very useful to be able to hover or click over participants to see their email addresses. sometimes we don't all the names and this feature would be very useful
