Waiting room music to be played while waiting for the meeting to start.
When a meeting is waiting to start, could there be a way to have music or some other noise be played while the user waits, or to have an option to toggle on or off the music based on their preference?

Add 'Hide Self View' option to RC Video
In RC Meetings, there used to be a 'Hide Self View' option. My boss says this was one of the most important features to him. We have noticed that now we are having to switch to RC Video, the 'Hide Self View' option is no longer available. Is there any way at all to get this feature added to RC Video? It is distracting to some of our team to see ourselves on screen while talking.

Please enhance the option in join RCV via browser
When sending an invite to an external customer/client, it should have the first option to join via browser using meeting invite or in the landing page. Make sure that the join via browser is visible enough for the regular user so that they will not find it on all over the page.

Add the Personal Meeting Names from the Super Admin
It would be useful to have the option to add the personal meeting names from the super admin. We provide speech and occupational therapy for kids with autism and this feature will make easer for them to access the tele therapy session link that we use. Sometimes, they can't come to our clinic so we offer this option to parents so that our kids don't lose the track of improvement they have done. If we personalize this they won't get confused between which link belongs to what type of therapy.

Dual Presentation
This would allow for 2 people to be sharing things so there can be a presenter as well as a presentation. This could also be incredibly helpful for ASL interpreting as it would allow the presenter to speak and also have the interpreter in an accommodating view for anyone needing interpreting.

Assign a RingCentral Video meeting participant the host role DURING the meeting
When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out of the meeting for confidentiality reasons and will need to assign a new host so the new host can mute/unmute participants, manage a waiting room, etc.

To be able to disable/enable Webinar Q&A for some attendees only
Currently, the settings we have is the option to disable and enable Q&A but this applies to all attendees. Customer wants to be able to select which attendees can view Q&A and those other attendees to not be able to view the questions or answers.

Picture in picture option
It could be useful to have a picture in picture mode on desktop, when join a meeting, in order to be more productive or even be able to follow instructions while a presentation is ongoing

Ability to change screen share while already sharing
This may already exist I just haven't found out how to make it work.When I am starting up sharing my screen, and I may choose to share specifically "Screen 2". Later in that call, I decide that I want to switch the share to "Screen 1", I have to back all the way out of screen share and then re-enter and choose "Screen 1".If there was an ability to change straight from the Screen Share Toolbar, it would make the host's ability to move around their apps and tabs much more seamless.

RingCentral Video participant list report
Submitting on behalf of a customer.They would like to have the ability to generate a report of who are the attendees of a RingCentral Video session. They understand that the participant list can be viewed on the interface where the session can be re-played but it is not an efficient way of doing it especially if the admin is not a part of that session.Thank you

Bring back the ability to reorder tasks
We would love to be able to drag tasks in the workspace so they can be quickly and easily reordered in terms of priority order by each user. This allows us to quickly and efficiently search for and complete tasks without having to look through each team or the entire tasks list.

Our employees all use the RingCentral Add-In to schedule their meetings so that items appear on their Outlook Calendar so this functionality is essential to them.

Disable 'Join Meeting' reminder if already present in the meeting
Would it be possible to disable meeting reminders if the user has already joined the meeting?Use case: Client has already dialed into their RCVideo meeting, but are still seeing reminders popping up alerting them to the meeting starting. Is it possible to prevent the reminders from firing if that user is already joined in to the meeting session?
