Integrate with Video Editor Apps
With video content creation, podcasts and multi-media videos being more important it would be a huge time saver to export recorded videos directly to Descript. This is the biggest podcast editing app. And they have direct integration with other platforms. Why not allow RC recorded videos become more utilized versus Zoom which is the defacto standard for tons of podcasters and companies.

Request annotation from Presenter
If you have someone presenting who isnt familiar with the technology but needs to share screen you may need to be able to request annotation to help steer them toward the right things to click on the screen. showing a pop up that they just have to approve is easier than trying to direct them to the right things to click

Add Airplay for RingCentral Video Rooms
The old RC meetings rooms had great airplay compatibility. Our employees use it daily in our conference rooms. We are unable to roll out the new RC Video Rooms since airplay is NOT an option yet. PLEASE add it for the next release. Thanks

Video Meeting Cross Compatible
I believe that video meetings should be joinable from both Ring Central app and Zoom. it looks like both services use the same API. it would be great to start a meeting from the ring central app for a client who doesn't have the service to be able to join from the zoom app.

Meeting Duration Status on RCV homepage
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not. Today it is in Participant view. It would be helpful to have it on the RCV home screen.

Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share
From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. disable auto-generated text features
In a video meeting, I turned on auto-transcription and made a recording.I see in my meeting playback that there are auto-generated items: brief summary, keywords, summary, topics, and highlights. This is a very impressive and generous feature set. However, due to errors in the accuracy of auto-generated content (limitations of voice recognition and AI interpretation), and the very sensitive nature of my meetings, I would like the option to turn off the generation and/or display of all of these features. Enable and Disable Virtual Background with a simple switch or keyboard shortcut
If I use virtual backgrounds and need to use a secondary camera to show features on a phone or how to perform a task, etc... I need to go in to video settings to click off virtual backgrounds before I can switch the camera. This is time consuming and painful. If I don't need to modify any of the virtual background settings, I should be able to easily toggle the background on or off with a switch or keyboard shortcut.

Bring back the OLD Video Meetings features back
Here are ongoing problems with the new Video Meetings. The following features were in the OLD Meeting program and are necessary for us to function: When a caller to the meeting calls in by Telephone only (no computer) their name shows up as the caller ID on their phone. Not the phone number as before. When my name shows up it is S Winning. As an anonymous organization we do not use last names and it is impossible to rename the caller to the name Steve W. Hello,We would like for our RC admins to have the ability to remove the default virtual backgrounds in RC. We are able to add and remove the feature itself. But, we would like the ability to control the background options that are visible to end users including the default provided by Ring Central.

Pause screen share API when inputting sensitive info (CC number/CVV Code)
Request is for the API to automatically Pause Screen when when inputting sensitive data. This would be similar to call recording Pause API where in an application based on specific Field selection, it triggers and API to pause call recording until that information is collected.

Change End Button for Host for RingCentral Meetings Rooms for Color Blind Users
The recent update for the Ipad Rooms Controller, Version RCM Room Versions: 21.3 (19680.0727) changed the way the layout worked. Causing the End button to be located at the bottom with similar red text. This issue makes it harder for those who are color blind to view the text here, and it looks as if it is a red block. Could we change the way this is laid out, to the previous versions, or could we change the font color to be more easily read with those who have difficulty discerning different colors?

Meeting QOS analytics report
RingCentral could have a feature were each RCV meeting gets recorded with how good or bad each participants or hosts connection was. Similar to the current QOS analytics report where a bad call connection can be reviewed.This feature will help users to be aware of connectivity issues they are encountering to make appropriate actions to improve it.

Automatically Lower Hand after you speak in RCV
When a participant raises their hand to speak in RCV, after they speak, the hand should automatically be lowered. Or the Participant can choose to keep hand raised. Many times a user will raise their hand, ask or make a comment but forget to lower it and a few minutes later the host will ask that person if they have a question.

More flexible options for Recorded Meeting download
For customers to have a choice for it to download the recorded meeting as either 2 separate files (audio and video) or as a single file (both audio and video embedded)It will be easier to upload it to different types of services without having to record the same thing multiple times, such as the audio only, on platforms such as podcasts. or a single video/audio file to video or training platforms like youtube or vimeo (for example). Also easier to manage, if errors occur on the video, but audio part can stand alone / is usable.

why cant we use screen share to share audio only and not share screen or video with it (like we can on zoom).
