Revert Video Back to Functional Release
Recordings: Have become unusable. Used to be provided as Playbacks for Training and Reference, now the Framerate and Audio is so Compressed it's useless. Add Back In the Ability to Pause and Stop Recordings to make multiple during one Meeting instead of Just "Pause." Add back in Files being Saved Locally instead of only to the Cloud. Compression is too heavy.Screen-Share: AWFUL Framerate. Used to Host Webinars for Training multiple Companies at a time...videos look so bad and Sharing Audio is usually non-functioning making it useless for incredibly practical uses. Audible notification that people are waiting in the waiting room
This would be useful for those of us that have to minimize the window when working. Folks are sitting in the waiting room silently and we do not know they are there.

Transfer from a meeting
When I finish a meeting, I need to transfer the client to my front desk so they can be billed. This works fine from the phone, but not from a video meeting.

We need and Alarm for Ring Calls. Simple easy settings to alert 10 min till finish with a 2 min warning.
Everyone will benefit by an alarm clock to alert to end of meeting time.

Add Additional Host Controls to Break Out rooms
Allow host to assign moderators to manage break out rooms or move between break out rooms. As of now the Host has to actively move people around.

Ability to control volume of other participants
Some people are really bad at recognizing they need to mute themselves when they are not talking, and have background noise, breathing, chewing, etc. It would be great to have the option to change how loud other participants are for me. I'm not suggesting changing their volume for everyone, but that I as a participant can change how loud each other participant is on my application.

Add Speaking tab in participants list to easily identify who is speaking
rather than having to mute all, having a quick way to identify and mute a single participant will be much quicker if it was sorted by who was speaking.Currently when someone is speaking, their participants tile reacts, and this is not the easiest way to identify who is speaking, especially if it is a larger meeting. Adding a filter in the participants list to only show who is speaking would make it so you don't have to rely on mute all. RCV Meetings - have quick access to change the volume of individual RCV meetings
This would be helpful for when your are in more than 1 RCV meeting and need to prioritize hearing one meeting over others.

Let me turn off the throbbing in gallery view as people speak
When in Gallery mode, the individual boxes grow and shrink in size as people speak. This looks terrible and is very distracting.

Participant Org Details When Hover
It would be useful to be able to click or hover over a participants thumbnail and get a pop up of their title, organization etc. just like we do when we hover in Glip or Outlook email - so I can figure out what department a new speaker I've never seen before is in

Push to Talk Keybinding
I have background noise in my office, and I use already use many controls on my keyboard with different softwares. Instead of space as the option for push to talk, I would like to have the freedom to push a mouse button to talk.

Schedule recurring meeting further in advance
Getting a message "Your meeting request was declined.
The end date of this series of repeating meetings is too far in the future.
This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
The end date must be before Wednesday, March 23, 2022"Wanted to be able to schedule a repeating meeting more than 180 days. Hoping that we can increase the number of days in advance to schedule a repeating meeting. Thank you.6 votes -
RC desktop video - align monitor numbering to match Windows
I just replaced a monitor connected to my computer, and now in RingCentral the screen numbering has been changed, when I attempt to share a screen.
With the laptop display and two external monitors the screen numbering in Windows (1-2-3 left-to-right) is different than how RC/Zoom does it (3-1-2 left-to-right) and makes no sense. Previous configuration with laptop and two screens had screen order as 1-2-3 in both Windows and RC/Zoom.Please implement a way to refresh the screen configuration based on windows, or provide a way to reset the numbering/identification. Call me feature even when host hasn't joined
Restriction: Call me Feature only works when a host is already joined. there so if someone goes to a meeting early they can’t use it.-It would be great if this option will be available, especially if the settings to join before host is already enable.

Stop making the resource center window "active" when you interact with meeting window controls like mute, chat,etc
I Use RingCentral for meetings. That is it. I've never used the Resource Center. I find it terribly annoying that the Resouce Center window pops up over the top of my other windows that I am actually using during my meetings (e.g. Chrome, Outlook, etc).... whenver I click to un-mute myself or interact with the meeting window the ResourceCenter window also pops up on top and gets in the way. Make it stop, please!
