Durin a RingCemtral online meeting the person sharing their screen, it is too small for the other participants, even on zooming it's not clearly visible. This happened after the update to the new RC version. Previous one was much better in terms of viewing the screen.

Intelligent Auto-Framing or Speaker (Subject)Tracking while on Video Meeting.
The system must use a combination of Audio Localization and Face Detection to identify the active speaker and dynamically zoom/pan the frame to focus on them.
When multiple people are visibly present, the system must dynamically adjust the zoom and position to frame all subjects equally and optimally.
The primary AI model for face detection and initial framing calculation should run on the local client (Desktop/Mobile) to minimize latency and server load.
Ensure the video framing adjustment is synchronized with the audio feed to prevent the unsettling effect of seeing the frame move after the speaker begins talking.1 vote -

Allow Participants to annotate on a shared screen while presenter is not annotating
Currently, the presenter has to click the annotate button, and cannot move or interact with their screen while it is clicked. They can only annotate on the screen. In RCM, one could turn on annotating and still interact with their screen.
Our main use case is annotating on PowerPoints and having the presenter make the changes live while the annotations are being done and still on the screen.

Sharing device screen from RingCentral Desktop app.
In RingCentral Meetings, we were able to click share screen and share the screen from devices, like an iPhone. We would love to have that ability on RingCentral Videos.

When you are in a chat conversation and want to mention someone who is not in the group, the @ operator does not work now.
If we enable that, it will help including people's names more easily. The reader of the message can easily click on the contact link and be routed to their profile, and then start a conversation with that person very easily. With 7000 employees, it is easy to make mistakes in spellings, or forge the full name of the person we want to mention. So this feature makes it simpler and saves time.1 vote -

Survey after inbound phone call
I'd like to have ringcentral to have the capability after the phone call it automatically generates a survey for this phone call and for that extension.
Example ext. 101 receives the call after that call ringcentral will send an email to the customer for the experience for that representative

Share video cloud recording with external parties
We would like to share links to cloud meeting recordings as we need to share this information with clients for trainings, for example. We would like to be able to share these meeting recordings without having to download the file and send the recording to the client/customer.

Scheduling Only Device
Allow the configuration of a Standalone Scheduling only device instead of needing a full blown Rooms setup. This is helpful for rooms that don't need a full setup like a small huddle room that can be reserved but don't need video capabilities. Other providers currently allow this option.

There is a button for a host to request a participant to turn on their video. I would like to see a "request to join audio" button as well to make it easier for those persons who are technologically challenged.

Starred/Flagged Comments and Q&A Questions
What: Bring back starred comments/Q&A!
Why: With the new backstage platform, we can only highlight one comment or question at a time. Highlighting one comment makes sense for displaying on the screen for all attendees. However, starring multiple comments or questions where they fall in the larger chat or Q&A makes live Q&A much smoother when accumulating over the course of the event.
Where: Chat, Q&A tabs
Who: Everyone with backstage access, hosts, moderators, speakers should be able to star and unstar a comment or question.

Ability to join meeting from browser
I am on a Mac and there is no option for prospects or clients to join from browser. Your AI bot kept directing me to a setting that didn't exist then the support person told me that "Regarding using your RC app at the moment there is not a way to have a video meeting to someone that does not have a RC app" and "The reason is that the videomeeting is a feature from the RC app itself so that is why it''s necesesary to enter the video meeting". It's clear from browsing others' feedback that the option exists…
