RingCentral Conference Meeting
We are requesting to have a feature on RingCentral Meeting to disable to use the access code when using the Dial-in (+16504***,,964***#) when joining on the Conference Meeting.The one-tap join numbers are too long, can we just use the Static Conference numbers?

Since Ring Central is linked to zoom, is there a similar admin feature for reports available?

Pop up notification for customers unable to join meetings
Customer should be made aware of the devices compatibility and/or pop up notification will appear telling what causes them not to be able to join meetings

If you maintain more than one calendar have them show up in RingCentral indifferent colors.
Right now it merges all the calendars (5) into my calendar no difference in who it is for and/or option to choose a different color.

Busy Mode
When I am in a call I wish that I don´t hear the annoying ringtone when someone is calling me. All partners and end customers are contacting meBusy signal is needed asap!!

More than one user needs to be able to text from the main company number
When you have 6 users who all communicate with homeowners. We all need to be able to show the main company number as the number to communicate with. Some of our customers have us saved in their phone 7 different times.

Allow participants to add their pronouns
There currently is not a good option for participants to change the way that their names display. I'd suggest that there should be an option for participants to display their pronouns (they/them, she/her, he/him, etc).

Remove "You're the only person here" message
Whenever I connect to a video call in my RingCentral App I get a green message that says "You're the only person here. Click "invite" below to add more people"Sometimes I don't want to invite anyone, and I just want to record a short in-person meeting but I don't want anyone else connected. But since the message stays on the screen until you invite someone else, it blocks my view of what I am recording. RCV to allow host to mute and unmute participants only
There are many types of meetings where the host controls the mode of the meeting. Some participants can unmute now at any time and could cause disruption to the meeting. At least they could chat first or raise hand to say something and host will unmute but not allowing them to unmute at any time.E.g. Home Owners Association meetings where things can be very chaotic

Organizer option to block custom backgrounds and background blurring
In some implem,entations, meeting hoests may wish to prohibit use of custom backgrounds or background blurring, for legal/privacy reasons. (i.e. legal hearings, courtroom interactions, etc.) Provide an option, eithe rwhen scheduling or starting a meeting, to prohibit participants from using custom backgrounds or background blurring.
