  1. I would like to possibility to choose the proper language via the Outlook RingCentral Scheduler. French and English are very present in my region and I would like to customer that email invitation and choose the language or bilingual invites if possible.

  2. for RCV need to have other dial in numbers within USA participantscurrently only getting 1 dial in number which will cause long distance charges to other participant in the USAneed other dial in numbers to be available like RCM

  3. For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

  5. We have calls regularly with people from other countries, but as it is now, we have to get on and manually add their dial-ins. In the old app, you could type the country in the bottom, and it would generate the international phone numbers in the body of the email.

  6. If I use virtual backgrounds and need to use a secondary camera to show features on a phone or how to perform a task, etc... I need to go in to video settings to click off virtual backgrounds before I can switch the camera. This is time consuming and painful. If I don't need to modify any of the virtual background settings, I should be able to easily toggle the background on or off with a switch or keyboard shortcut.

Some people are really bad at recognizing they need to mute themselves when they are not talking, and have background noise, breathing, chewing, etc. It would be great to have the option to change how loud other participants are for me. I'm not suggesting changing their volume for everyone, but that I as a participant can change how loud each other participant is on my application.

  10. We have this today for Ring Central Meetings and we import the data daily into our CRM but as folks start to use Ring Central Video, we don't have the same thing for those meetings. This is a major problem.

  11. The ability to pause your screen share is extremely helpful. For instance, while your client is asking a question, you pause the share to locate the information in order to answer their question. This was something you were always able to do using RingCentral Meetings, but has been discontinued under RingCentral Video. This feature also sets you apart from most other web conference platforms.

  12. There's no UK timezone in the dropdown in scheduler. It was suggested to me by your support team that I choose GMT but I pointed out to them that GMT only matched UK timezone 6 months of the year! It used to be there, I'm guessing it was an oversight, please add it back in.

  17. Currently, when a host is screen sharing and another participant starts talking, that takes up the entire screen. Instead of the screen doing that, there should be a way for the screen to pop up in another box instead, rather than it being full screen

  19. Since we know that the audio experience will be better for the user when they choose mic and speaker combinations that are paired, we should have a dropdown for those paired devices during the audio selection in the meeting join.

  20. Often I hear a request from customers to customize the current post-meeting pop-up survey. Some customers want to disable it altogether, some want to customize the question/questions (and get the results), and some want to replace what's there with a URL of their choice to redirect meeting participants to a specific location.
