Send me an email when the first person joins my video call. This would be very handy. (By the way, Zoom does this today.)

RCV to allow host to mute and unmute participants only
There are many types of meetings where the host controls the mode of the meeting. Some participants can unmute now at any time and could cause disruption to the meeting. At least they could chat first or raise hand to say something and host will unmute but not allowing them to unmute at any time.E.g. Home Owners Association meetings where things can be very chaotic

Organizer option to block custom backgrounds and background blurring
In some implem,entations, meeting hoests may wish to prohibit use of custom backgrounds or background blurring, for legal/privacy reasons. (i.e. legal hearings, courtroom interactions, etc.) Provide an option, eithe rwhen scheduling or starting a meeting, to prohibit participants from using custom backgrounds or background blurring.

Keep minimized Video (1"x2") on the screen
When in VIDEO meeting if I minimize it , the video disappears . But If I leave it on then it obscures the content on the page. For medical visit you need to have patient video visible all th time. RC meeting, which uses Zoom in the background has this feature and it is the reason I am still using RC Meeting instead of moving to RC Video.I hope this get implemented fast

RC app scheduling data missing
Your recent update disabled the user's ability to view and edit scheduled meetings within the RC app. Please bring this feature back. This is a huge problem for our meeting schedulers and for verifying or changing scheduled video calls.

Better Landing Page in Safari
When you use Zoom in Safari it presents you with a download button so you can download and launch. When you use RC with Safari there is a giant splash page that says "Not Supported" with a tiny download link at the bottom. This leaves our customers with the impression that RC Video is an inferior product because it does not support Safari when in-fact all video platforms do not support Safari web experience and prompt you to download. Need Brower Support for Firefox and Safari immediately
Ability to join a meeting via browser. Currently Chrome and Edge are the only supported browsers. We have Gov customers who can't use Chrome or Edge for security reasons. We desperately need Firefox and Safari support.

Lunch Mode on and off Toggle Button
We would like to see an on and off button for "lunch" mode rather than a set schedule. Our receptionist takes her lunch break at different times everyday so we are having to change the custom settings EVERY day.

Add option for Host Key to RC Video
There is no Host Key for RC Videos. What if someone has scheduled and RC Video event but gets hit by a bus and another staffer must take over to record the meeting? How could the former host assign a new host without logging into the Video in progress?!?!?!?

Update iPhone one-tap dial feature to be true "one-touch" join
When we schedule meetings with RingCentral through Outlook, the iPhone one-tap details provide a dial link, but is not one-touch as the end user needs to enter a participant ID followed by the meeting password. The dial link is in the following format by default:+1(XXX)XXXXXXX,,XXXXXXXXXX# Our workaround:+1(XXX)XXXXXXX,,XXXXXXXXXX#,,,,,,XXXX# To ignore/skip the participant ID, we added 6 commas followed by the meeting password. This format allows for a true one-touch join. Our question is whether this can be automatically added rather than having to do this manually every time.
