Access to Messages & Other Tools While Editing Notes
I'd love to be able to take notes using the Notes feature while also messaging with folks. As far as I can tell, I need to save and close my note in order to message while using the app.

Add annotation to mobile apps
These are very helpful for sketching out engineering concepts for meetings with coworkers and clients, especially when paired with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and this functionality exists in Zoom, including the white-label version that is the legacy RingCentral Meetings

Share screen and monitor live calls at the same time.
It would be nice to have a feature that allows share screen and monitor live calls at the same time using RingCentral Video on the same device.

Share a second camera in a meeting
We have a larger room with two different cameras. It would be great if we could share the content from a second camera in the meeting so that participants could view both cameras in the meeting. This would improve the meeting experience in larger rooms. I believe Zoom has this capability.

You are able to share two cameras in a meeting currently, but not able to share two cameras and content share.

Past meetings to be shown on the meetings tab
It would be very useful to have the past meetings in the meetings tab to be able to locate any meetings that are required.

Add ability to vote
It would be nice to be able to send out a quick question that participants can vote on, give them a limited amount of time, make it visible or anonymous and then show the results to everyone

Participant Org Details When Hover
It would be useful to be able to click or hover over a participants thumbnail and get a pop up of their title, organization etc. just like we do when we hover in Glip or Outlook email - so I can figure out what department a new speaker I've never seen before is in

Re-add the "Pause" option for screen-sharers.
Helps the one sharing "pause" or freeze the view without having the meeting attendees watch your mouse open and close windows that may not be meant to be shown publicly!

Extend 'Mute All' and 'Remove Users' to all participants on RCV
Some customers may need the ability for all participants to be able to mute anyone (except moderators) during meetings as well as the ability to remove anyone (except moderators) during meetings. This is only available to moderators today.

The Messages screen is difficult to read because the messages are equally spread out even when sent by the same person at a similar time. RCV - Outgoing call - Dial Tone
When a caller is placing an outgoing RCV Video Call, the beeping tone that occurs for the caller to let you know that the call is in progress and that the other person is hearing a ringing sound is very unpleasant. Reoccurring meeting with different password/pin
We would like to setup a reoccurring weekly meeting starting at the same time each week with a different password/pin each week if possible opposed to current setup which sets same password for each reoccurring meeting.
