Need standalone app for RingCentral Video like RingCentral Meetings
The standalone Meetings app was perfect for users who do videoconferences all day but do not need to learn to navigate the overly busy RingCentral app. RingCentral Video needs to be in a standalone version like Meetings was.

RingCentral Meeting/Video Outlook plugin Sunset
Due to Meetings App being sunsetted, the Outlook plugin no longer works. Unfortunately, users are now unable to create meetings within a calendar event that has already been created. Very frustrating when something so simple yet super helpful to have is taken away. Please bring back this feature.

Multiple User Selection for 'Schedule Meetings for Me'
In Admin Portal > User List > Users with extensions > 'User' > Meetings, there is a section called 'Schedule Meetings for Me, where you can add a user who can create meetings on behalf of that user.For companies that have a users who's job it is to schedule meetings for staff, there is no other option than to go through 100+ users and add that user one by one to every user's 'Schedule Meetings for me'. Pre-stage a callback number for meetings
One thing that has been a constant issue with any of the meeting apps is the ability to call into a meeting while on the road. It would be great to be able to pre-register a phone number for a call at the time that the meeting starts. Then rather than fumbling with dialing out to a bridge while driving, you've enabled it to call you prior to the meeting. Assign co-host in RingCentral Video
Would like to add the feature to add a co-host on RingCentral Video when scheduling a meeting. This is when I am on a vacation and has a scheduled recurring meeting. I do not want to stay on meeting first before assigning someone as host moderator.

Hybrid Work: Meeting check-in feature for physical meeting rooms/in-person meeting attendees
I've noticed that now that folks are starting to return to office, when there are folks attending meetings in conference room, certain features become harder to manage such as sharing video recordings. Customized invitation meeting [Meeting ID] should generate a meeting ID with no spaces

Should not have to login every time I use the RC plugin in Outlook
I use two different computers during the day and when I switch from one to the other I have to login to the Outlook RingCentral plugin again! What a PITA!

Concurrent RCV Meetings - display warning to host/attendee if they are already in another RCV meeting
I love the ability to join multiple RCV meetings, it has some useful use-cases which are now catered for....however, I have on occasion joined a meeting without realising I was still in another meeting which led to some embarrassment. Would be good to have a warning pop-up alerting me that I am already in another RCV meeting and to check if I do wish to start/join another one.

If im sitting in my office with a TV in it, it would be nice to be able to shoot the content over to a different device through chromecast.

Hide Non - Video Participants
Currently the Ring Central platform shows cell phone number as two separate users. In other planforms there is a way to "Hide Non-Video Participants". I suggest that Ring Central add a way to hide the cell phone numbers of those who enter a video call using their cell.

Put local time of a person somewhere near his avatar/video due to call.
It could be visible only on hover, to not make extra noise on the UI.

change the name of the videos you record
I like to record my meetings with desktop sharing as a resource for something done. It would be nice to be able to change the name of the video as it will have my name meeting by default and If i forget to change the name of the meeting. This would be great to be able to change the name to reference the work that was done during the meeting.

gallery view when joining via browser
Participants should have access to the Gallery View when joining via web browser to be able to see all meeting participants. I spoke with 2 customer service reps which created a case for more details. Case # 13178029

Play announcement to say that video meeting is being recorded
The request is to be able to play an announcement to say that the meeting is being recorded, both before someone enters the meeting and/or when the recording starts. This would be especially helpful for those who join by dialing in, as they are not able to view where it says that it is being recorded.

Recording Thumbnail Video of Panelists/Presenter Stream for Webinar Playback
The video recording is just as (if not more) important as the webinar itself. This gets distributed to attendees and posted on video outlets such as YouTube and Vimeo, so being able to provide the same caliber of media as the original webinar is absolutely necessary.That being said, the video stream of the panelists/presenters speaking needs to be captured within the recording as well, which is currently not possible.
