Tell viewers who's speaking from the group (in file sharing mode)
In v.ringcentral.com in a video meeting when somebody is sharing the screen and some other people (not the presenter) are talking, it would be good to have a notification with: XYZ is speaking now. You cannot see them but would be good to have a name for the voice you hear at any given moment. The notification can appear for speeches over 5 seconds long for example. Personally I would appreciate such a feature.

the new RC app only shows a maximum 14 days into the future of scheduled meetings, can you please extend to 90 days?
he new RC app only shows a maximum 14 days into the future of scheduled meetings, can you please extend to 90 days? We have many users reporting that this feature is frustrating because they need to refer back to their outlook calendar to see what meetings are happening in the future. Even if you integrate your office 365 calendar, it still only show 14 days. Thanks

RCV - Invite by RC APP & Invite by Teams
When in meeting, having the ability to invite by RC App and have all the join links send directly via GLIP / RC App to Contacts, Teams internally will be useful. Same ability for MS Teams - ability for customers to invite to MS Teams users from invite button.

Concurrent RCV Meetings - display warning to host/attendee if they are already in another RCV meeting
I love the ability to join multiple RCV meetings, it has some useful use-cases which are now catered for....however, I have on occasion joined a meeting without realising I was still in another meeting which led to some embarrassment. Would be good to have a warning pop-up alerting me that I am already in another RCV meeting and to check if I do wish to start/join another one.

Participant Org Details When Hover
It would be useful to be able to click or hover over a participants thumbnail and get a pop up of their title, organization etc. just like we do when we hover in Glip or Outlook email - so I can figure out what department a new speaker I've never seen before is in

Please add Filmstrip View to RC Webinar
Filmstrip view is a cool feature for videos but is not available when you run a webinar. Seems like it would be an easy addition?! When using the "Gallery" view, the dock of pictures of the people covers up your PowerPoint presentation so you have to allow for this ahead of time which is a pain. Thank you.

Auto-hide particpant boxes and control bar at botton via a setting
Both the participant boxes and the controls bar at the bottom take up valuable real-estate. All the shared screen to take all the entire screen and auto-hide the participants and control bar, or do this via setting.

RC Scheduler Plugin Update
Currently when a Delegate tries to create a meeting on behalf of someone else, a meeting auto generates and once the new Meeting is created on behalf of the correct person the old meeting is cancelled and an email is generated. The ideal fix would be to allow the scheduler once opened to not auto generate a meeting, instead wait until the delegate chooses the person they are needing to create the meeting for, and then create the meeting to prevent this. Or if possible to have whomever meeting you're creating, if opened from their calendar view, have it auto…

Hold CTRL + Zoom in via the mouse click wheel
This is a feature to enable some parity with MS Teams. Sharing dual screens during a meeting is extremely helpful in displaying content relevant to your meeting. GoToMeetings has this feature and it works well. I believe all users would benefit from having this feature available to them.

Make it possible for clients to redact certain parts of their screen when screensharing
This would be useful for clients needing remote support, using the RingCentral video platform. Sometimes clients will want to hide sensitive data, allowing them to redact certain areas of their screen would allow them to maintain that data privacy.cobrowse.io has this feature and this would be a great addition to RCV.

Option to Revert RingCentral Video Scheduling Workflow

The customer has expressed a preference for the previous scheduling workflow and would like to have an option within the RingCentral app to revert to the old method of scheduling meetings.Details:

Using the ringcentral scheduler, it just populates the information, but no signature.
There should be an easy way to add the signature on the new outlook using the RingCentral scheduler

Conference room H.323/SIP Rooms gone from RC Meeting invites, RC Meetings had been deprecated and we appear to be on RC Video now and as told that only SIP is supported for RCV.

Custom Meeting ID for RC Room
You can create a Personal Meeting ID for a user. Is there a way to create a custom meeting ID for a RincCentral Room being used in a conference room? You can do it with RingCetnral Meetings, the old version. But I can't find it for RingCentral Rooms in the admin panel.
