  1. Hold CTRL + Zoom in via the mouse click wheel

    This is a feature to enable some parity with MS Teams. On Teams if you CTRL + zoom in and out via the click wheel, this makes the text or whatever's in the meeting window larger or smaller.Feature described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/zoom-in-and-out-of-teams-dc3cd3d8-efb5-4995-8b31-434b3943ba52This functionality is really valuable for presenting spreadsheets or harder to read data...Thank you!

  2. RingCentral Meetings Share Dual Displays

    Sharing dual screens during a meeting is extremely helpful in displaying content relevant to your meeting. GoToMeetings has this feature and it works well. I believe all users would benefit from having this feature available to them.

  3. Please enhance the option in join RCV via browser

    When sending an invite to an external customer/client, it should have the first option to join via browser using meeting invite or in the landing page. Make sure that the join via browser is visible enough for the regular user so that they will not find it on all over the page.

  4. Make it possible for clients to redact certain parts of their screen when screensharing

    This would be useful for clients needing remote support, using the RingCentral video platform. Sometimes clients will want to hide sensitive data, allowing them to redact certain areas of their screen would allow them to maintain that data privacy.cobrowse.io has this feature and this would be a great addition to RCV.

  5. Conference Room for H.323 Supported for RCV

    Conference Room for H.323 Supported for RCV

    Conference room H.323/SIP Rooms gone from RC Meeting invites, RC Meetings had been deprecated and we appear to be on RC Video now and as told that only SIP is supported for RCV.

  6. Custom Meeting ID for RC Room

    You can create a Personal Meeting ID for a user. Is there a way to create a custom meeting ID for a RincCentral Room being used in a conference room? You can do it with RingCetnral Meetings, the old version. But I can't find it for RingCentral Rooms in the admin panel.

  8. Switch Bluetooth headset when switching meeting from desktop to mobile.

    On the desktop I am on a meeting/Webinar. I am paired with Bluetooth headset on the desktop. Now I want to switch to Mobile device for the meeting/webinar. Today I need to unpair BLE headset on desktop and repair it on mobile.

    The feature request is to automatically unpair the BLE headset from desktop and pair it with Mobile and vice versa.

  9. MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)

    Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users.   10. Minimum password length of 8 characters for third party SIP endpoints

    Some third parties require SIP registered entities to have a minimum password length of 8 characters. RingCentral Meetings does not currently offer the ability to standardize the minimum password length for third party SIP devices, which may prevent customers being able to use the RingCentral Meeting solution.

    There are certain DOD customers that can only use products that are ITAR compliant. ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) is a United States regulatory regime to restrict and control the export of defense and military related technologies to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives.

    Adding a clapping sound (separate from non-verbal reactions) would be nice for an interview-style call would make introducing an interviewee more fun.

    Make the video screen able to be made smaller to a "tile" of the speaker so it fits easily over other screens/pages while in full screen. For example, I want to be able to see the video while also looking at and interacting with a web page in full screen.

  20. Add Date & Time to body of an email meeting invite for RC Video

    We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app
