Schedule recurring meeting further in advance
Getting a message "Your meeting request was declined.
The end date of this series of repeating meetings is too far in the future.
This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
The end date must be before Wednesday, March 23, 2022"Wanted to be able to schedule a repeating meeting more than 180 days. Hoping that we can increase the number of days in advance to schedule a repeating meeting. Thank you.5 votes -

Provide full screen viewing of shared screen
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Ability to disable the voice feedback for when you mute/unmute
It's just annoying when you click mute and a voice says "MUTED" It would be nice to have the option to disable this.

Customizable Waiting Room in RingCentral Video
RingCentral Video's waiting room should be customizable, like the Zoom-based RingCentral Meetings' waiting room was. It should allow customizable text and uploading of company logo. The customization is important for company branding and professionalism and promotes participant confidence that they are connecting to the right company. It also allows the company to provide a short message to participants.

Allow people to join RC video using different clients such as MSFT Meetings, WebEx or others
Make RC Video federated so that people can join it using different clients, not just by using RC video only. This is useful for the end customers, in that they dont need to install ringcentral video app to join the meetings.

Duplicate polls
Can you provide a function where we can duplicate polls for different meetings? Currently, I have to recreate the same polls for different meetings. It is very time consuming and tedious.

Ability to trace external customer meeting join actions
It would be beneficial if a support technician could provide a "trace" of a meeting attendee's actions. For example if we were to be able to provide the called from number and the bridge number that was dialed, could RingCentral tell us what meeting ID was entered or keys were pressed.
In an example instance an external party said they "were in the meeting" and that they had entered the numbers given in the invite, but they were not in the same meeting as our internal employees. Since this is a customer we would like to make determining the root…5 votes -
Show meeting title in video window
Show the title of the videoconference meeting somewhere in the video window, either in the window's title bar, or as a heading in the content of the window or some other suitable place.For example, if the meeting's title is "Monthly Project Moonshot Sync-up", then this title should be displayed, either in the window's title bar, or as a heading inside the window somewhere near the top (either above the video stream(s), or overlaid).This would help to reinforce the identity and purpose of the session, giving a more official feel to meetings.

Add a Visible Timer to Meetings
It would be nice to give speakers/presenters a visual queue on how much time they have left. People often present for longer than their allotted time because they are unaware of how much time they have used. Maybe have it hover over a shared screen or permanently in the corner of the window? Add timer for the presenter
adding timer gives the presenter to know how many minutes is left and should have the ability to set and reset the timer . Currently it is not their in zoom or any video meeting . For RingCentral it will be great feature .

Small thumbnail video of what people see when you are screen sharing
There rarely goes a meeting where people ask for confirmation of can you see what I am sharing or someone shares and incorrect screen/application. Create a small thumbnail view of what you are screen sharing. Similar to the thumbnail of the video of yourself.

Save scheduled meetings
I think it would be great to be able to save/bookmark scheduled meetings. Right now, I have to copy/paste the link from my Outlook Calendar to Ring Central every day for our daily meeting. It would be so much easier to just click in Ring Central, join this meeting.

Have option for RingCentral Video to automatically call me one minute prior to the start of my meetings
