Please enhance the option in join RCV via browser
When sending an invite to an external customer/client, it should have the first option to join via browser using meeting invite or in the landing page. Make sure that the join via browser is visible enough for the regular user so that they will not find it on all over the page.

Ability to customize meeting name/title with scheduled meetings with PMI.
It would be nice if we can have the ability to customize the meeting title/name of all scheduled meetings that are using PMI (personal meeting information). Currently, this is only available if the meeting has a unique link/ID/password.

Feature Request – Toolbar Controls During Presentation Mode
Description:
We would like to request a new functionality for the video conferencing service. Currently, when a user is presenting, the toolbar does not display the chat or audio controls. This limitation creates an issue in scenarios where the presenter needs to quickly mute/unmute themselves or share information through the chat without interrupting the presentation flow.At present, the presenter is forced to stop screen sharing in order to access the meeting controls (chat, audio, etc.), and then restart the presentation. This process disrupts the flow of the meeting and negatively impacts the overall user experience.

Meeting recordings should show the actual recording of the meeting when it was being recorded
Currently, when a video meeting is being recorded the meeting recording displays the video as cut and does not show the entire video as captured on camera. This feature needs to be added to RingCentral as it is essential to capture all the details of the meeting and all parts of the video.

MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)
Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users. Some companies would like to be able to upload content into the RCV waiting rooms (videos and magazines, for example) so that the participants can view these instead of having the RC default message of "Please wait for the host to start the meeting"

Virtual Backgrounds for RC Meetings
RC uses Zoom which permits virtual backgrounds. RC Meetings should permit virtual backgrounds. There isn’t an option/preference/setting found to do that now.

Assign a different host or co-host to start Webinars
Option to allow users to assign a new host or co-host for RCV webinars - ahead of time. This way if one person scheduled a webinar, and it's already got a lot of registered people, But they won't be able to attend. - They can assign someone else to start the webinar on their behalf.I just wanted to put in this suggestion for the development of RCV webinars (Because we get this request a lot on RCM webinars, but there is no way to do it there).

Add noise reactions
Adding a clapping sound (separate from non-verbal reactions) would be nice for an interview-style call would make introducing an interviewee more fun.

Pin Video on Top
Make the video screen able to be made smaller to a "tile" of the speaker so it fits easily over other screens/pages while in full screen. For example, I want to be able to see the video while also looking at and interacting with a web page in full screen.

Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.
It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

Schedule recurring meeting further in advance
Getting a message "Your meeting request was declined.
The end date of this series of repeating meetings is too far in the future.
This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
