Split Screen in Glip
When in a meeting via RCVideo/Glip, having the ability to see messages or engage in a glip message on same screen vs minimizing your meeting, in order to respond to a glip message, or create a task, or multi task. If we could have a split screen option/single screen ability to message & access parts of glip, while on a call with screen or video gallery still up, not minimized. Hope that makes sense! Thanks in advance for your help!

Upload Pre-Edited Webinar to Platform
This webinar platform is basically useless as a lead generation tool currently. Poor registration options and tracking capabilities along with poor webinar capabilities for on demand webinars with no option to upload a webinar to the platform to play back when users want it to, whenever.

Built-In Screenshot/Photograbber with Share options
Basically, just a button that would screenshot the current gallery and prompt an option to share the image to different platforms (Social Media, Email, Messaging etc)

Ability to Edit Webinar Verbiage
Users with webinar licenses would find the ability to change webinar verbiage useful. For example, the 'Speakers' section continues to say 'Speakers' even when there is only one speaker designated. Also, the word Speaker should be editable to say 'Presenter' or any other word the customer chooses. This functionality exists with Zoom.

One-time Large Meeting/Webinar License
It would be great to have the option to pay for a one-time large meeting or large webinar license. Rarely does my company need to host a meeting with up to 1000 participants, but occasionally we do. Paying monthly for a license we may only use a few times a year is costly and unnecessary, so a one-time payment for one meeting at a time would be awesome. Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker.This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. Double-click blank space to enter fullscreen in meeting
When in a windowed view, you have to manually click "Full screen" to go into that view. It would be convenient to be able to double-click the blank area of a meeting window to make it enter a fullscreen view.

submit idea button in app not just meetings
As an administrator we get ideas sent to us from end users. if the submit an idea button was just in the app not just in the meeting screen - you might be more.

Allow you to tag an individual to notify you their presence is now available.
You tag a person, so as soon as they go green/available you are alerted so you can contact them. Instead of sending messages while they are busy or away.

Allow host and panelists to stay connected to Webinar after meeting has been ended
After the Webinar is concluded, when you click on the "End meeting", it currently ends the meeting for everyone, including the panelists. It would be nice to have the ability to end the meeting only for the attendees and allow the panelists and host to stay connected for an after-meeting debrief, discussion, etc. This is something that other webinar-type systems do currently.

Quicker switching from internet to phone audio in RCV (Glip)
When attending a meeting from a laptop, I sometimes need to switch quickly to phone audio due to call quality issues. When I use the 'Call Me' feature, after connecting, it requires me to dial 1, but then still tells me how many participants there are before actually connecting me. Switching this connection takes over 25 seconds, which is a long time when folks are waiting to hear me speak. I would like to be able to press '1' and have it connect very quickly.

ms team link when rc is integrated
aside from getting rc meeting link and dial in number, is it possible to have an ms team link available as well ,So that Participants have choice to join the meeting either through MS Team or through Ringcentral.

Create sub-group chats within RingCentral
Using RingCentral to deliver training, it would be great to set up some sub-chats so that small groups could chat amongst themselves without broadcasting that to the entire group.For example, I have a class of 16 and I want to subdivide them in to 4 groups of 4.

Add user while on a RCV
It would be helpful to be able to add users to a RCV or RCM while on a call. If we could have and add button and it pull up our contacts like a phone call. This is available in MS Teams.

Compile Webinar Attendee Reports
Under "Reports" > "Usage Reports" > "Webinar" it would be nice to be able to check boxes from a series of webinars between a range of dates and generate one Excel document with all the data automatically. Currently reports must be generated one at a time and complied by hand.

Allow people to register for a meeting (virtual training)
Currently registration is only allowed for the webinar component and is not featureed for a RingCentral meeting. The value of allowing registration for a meeting allows a teacher to have a class list they can refer to before the class starts - know the audience. Scheduling training using the webinar will not work as breakout rooms are not enabled for webinars and this is a must have feature for training.

Virtual backgrounds don't work
Virtual backgrounds work on Teams and Zoom but not Ring. Says I need a better laptop, but it's new and high-end.
