RingCentral Video - Change Guest to Admin
Im showing up as a guest in my organization but I need to be made an admin. I can have any of the other admins in our org confirm my admin request. Actually a lot of users are incorrectly showing up as guests in our subscription. I think someone messed up one of the domains in our config and now everyone now is incorrectly being labeled as guest.

Webinar content share and VIdeo feed coudl be better presented if split in half or even allow for multi-screen
In Webinars, if video is on speaker, the small window on the bottom right is not very affective. Ideally either support split screen or allow for multi screen support where you can move content share to one screen and video feed to another screen

Bulk Downloading of Reports
We would like to be able to download all of our ringcentral video meetings from cloud storage en-masse. Currently, the only way we seem to be able to do it is account by account, 1 video at a time through the web interface.

ability to broadcast system audio in a webinar host while on mute.
When the customer was on mute as host, the entire system audio he was playing was also muted, and all attendees were unable to hear the slides or presentation he was playing.

Remove Pop-up window when Presenting during Meeting - RingCentral Video
Add a feature where the Participant box or another pop-up window to completely remove when sharing screen on RCV. Instead, merge it with the same window so that the Participants will appear at the top of the screen of your Video Meeting like the one that is showing from the Participant's side.

Edit apperance options
more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting . Enable self-muting using the space bar or another keyboard shortcut for easier access, rather than solely clicking the microphone icon.

Need to have the saved video under meeting to show on filmstrip or speaker view. When tested under mobile app, the saved video under filmstrip view showed it still on Gallery view.

RingCentral Webinars - Request Control of "Host and Panalist" Screen Share
Currently, our B2B sessions involve external guest experts, and because there is no 'Slide Control' or 'Remote Control' feature for panelists, we are forced to stop our presentations mid-way to switch screen shares.
This functionality is standard in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and even the basic RingCentral Video tier, yet it is absent from the paid Professional Webinar tier. If security is the primary concern, I suggest implementing a 'neutral' file repository within the webinar where PPT/PDF files can be uploaded and shared by all hosts/panelists. please add sound effects in ring central to that I can add my own noices like horn or applause or any noise I would like.
Put sound effects in calls and video where I can create a sound panel with sound effects and play them with the push of a button.
