When creating a Survey to send out at the end of a webinar, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to VIEW the questions in a way that is in 'real time' as to how it will be received by the attendee. Additionally, one MAJOR ISSUE is I can not see the entire survey on my screen (currently has 8 questions) and there is not way to scroll down the screen so i have to shrink my screen size to fit the survey but now it's so small, i can't read the survey.   3. After your meeting there is often an action and follow up. Why not have a button in outlook that will let you auto create a team from the invited attendees - then you can provide the follow up from your meeting.

The expectation of being able to have the RingCentral Video screen on one desktop and being able to switch to another one quickly to refer to something else is lost as a result of the window showing up on every virtual desktop (when not in full screen). This is not desirable and should be considered a bug, IMHO.

Would like a feature where you can sort participants by "who's talking" or open mic because if there is background noise on a large call as a host you can mute the participant whose mic is making noise but it can be hard to find that person In a large group.Maybe also by first and last name, people who have video on/off, people who have mic on/off.

  12. Sometime we like to keep guest muted when they aren't allowed to talk during meetings. Even when they try to unmute themselves maybe have them ask to be unmuted.

  16. Whether on WiFi or on cell network signal, a user is prompted to “use internet audio”. Wondering if this can change to “use network audio” in the event a user is joining but their phone is not connected to any WiFi. Common use case if someone is traveling on the road or even outside on a walk, away from any wifi.

  19. when an organizer wants to call in to a conference call it treats them like a participant and puts them in a waiting room. Can you add the ability for the organizer to create an open call where all callers are automatically allowed in and the call ends when all participants hang up? basically this is a non centrally controlled call where all callers join the call and there is no moderator or controller just an open line to call in to. seems like being the controller requires you to be on the website doing a video call just to…
