Bulk Downloading of Reports
We would like to be able to download all of our ringcentral video meetings from cloud storage en-masse. Currently, the only way we seem to be able to do it is account by account, 1 video at a time through the web interface.

Needs to have full support for RCM within VDI environment as their meetings crash when it is done inside the VDI.

ability to broadcast system audio in a webinar host while on mute.
When the customer was on mute as host, the entire system audio he was playing was also muted, and all attendees were unable to hear the slides or presentation he was playing.

Remove Pop-up window when Presenting during Meeting - RingCentral Video
Add a feature where the Participant box or another pop-up window to completely remove when sharing screen on RCV. Instead, merge it with the same window so that the Participants will appear at the top of the screen of your Video Meeting like the one that is showing from the Participant's side.

Edit apperance options
more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting . I have heard others say the same thing that apperance on video is so unforgiving they go to other providers when possible . So hopefully this is could be a priority and gets better.?.?….. 3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

The customer is using Call Park and would like the system-generated park location announcement (for example, "Call parked on location 801") to play in French instead of English.
Currently, the language of this announcement is tied to the account's regional settings and system-generated prompts, with no option to customize the language specifically for Call Park announcements. The customer would like the ability to:

Pause between the announcement and greeting in AIR
In AI Receptionist, if you set up the announcement before greeting and you test it, it seems that there is no pause. The customer is requesting to have an option to adjust the duration. For example, they called the main number, they hear the announcement then pause for 30 seconds, then the greeting .

Bring back the auto download chat option
Prior to the recent update (some time around end of March/beginning of April for me) there was an option in the meeting chat to have the chat auto download once the meeting had finished. This option has since been removed and the chats no longer auto download. Please bring this back as an option.
