Video recordings "play head" bookmark with comments & playing back video (see Soundcloud for example of what I mean)
So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame. Mute others for yourself
When in class, I often times find students have their mics unmuted. It can be very distracting, and I think it would be useful to implement a feature where you have the option mute others only for you.

Inviting Meeting Attendees
I work on a MAC -- the most updated operating system. When I schedule a meeting -- the integration with the Microsoft Outlook Calendar is such that it is not easily apparent how to invite attendees once the meeting has been scheduled. One has to click on "Edit." It would be wonderful if there was a way to make it a little clearer this is where you click to open up an email to invite attendees.

RCV - Show Meetings drop down
From the RC app, users who are on RCM have the ability to show meetings: From their calendar, their hosting, or meetings they've scheduled for someone else. Users that are using RCV, the Show Meetings dropdown is not available. This feature is needed for AA's because of scheduling for others.

Copy meeting link to clipboard option
There used to be a setting that you could select that would automatically copy the meeting link for a new video meeting to your clipboard on meeting start. This would be a huge time saver.

Custom Timing for Video Call Scheduling
My HR team schedules interviews in shorter timeframes than just the 00, 15, 30, and 45 minute intervals. They do schedule by 5 minute intervals, but at that point I'm wondering if it could be made possible to just be able to enter a custom time. We want to schedule the exact times so that interviewees know their scheduled allotment and can be held accountable to it.

Screen Saver for RingCentral Meetings Rooms
Currently RingCentral Meetings Rooms can only rotate the background image but does not have an option for a Screen Saver or to Turn off Display (display a black image to keep the screen from burning). This is a necessity for conference rooms where users leave the display on by accident or for extended periods of time during the day and overnight. When I tried enabling the built in screen saver of the machine this is not supported properly by the meetings rooms and does not wake properly.The suggested fix is to add "Screen Saver" option (with specified number of minute)…

Local time and temperatures of meeting attendees
In most meetings I attend, there is always a reference to time, time difference, what is the time there for that attendee and that attendee - it would be handy to have everyones clock onscreen, even if to help remind some that not all attendees are in AM, or they are in late PM. Temperatures can help with conversation breakers plus helping with conversions F to C etc as EMEA and US are different.

Disable PMI in RingCentral Meetings
RingCentral Meetings, powered by Zoom offers two options for scheduling, and starting a RingCentral Meeting; Generate a Meeting Id or use PMI. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to enable/disable the PMI option for RingCentral Meetings in all RingCentral Meetings Apps; desktop for Microsoft and MAC, RingCentral App, and RingCentral for Mobile.

Enable Press “1” to join a RingCentral Meeting
RingCentral Meetings, powered by Zoom provides three ways to connect via audio, Dial-In, Computer, or Call-Me. When using the “Call-Me” option, the system will automatically join the audio connection when the dial-out call is answered. Although the participant is validated as an authorized attendee, the absence of the “Press 1 to join” possess a security risk of the call being reordered.

Add 1 tap dial-in to mobile landing page.
When mobile users click a v.ringcentral.com link, it brings them to a landing page where the only option is to download the app (if it is not installed). Many 3rd parties only want to dial-in to the call and don't wish to install the RingCentral app. I'm aware there is a One Tap link on the invitation, but many people don't read through the invitation and just click the v.ringcentral.com link in the location field. Having a link to launch the phone app and dial-in would greatly reduce frustration. This is a feature Zoom has as demonstrated by the below…

Copy messages to be able to paste in different charting app.
An a nurse we receive many orders using RC. If we were able to copy text from RC and paste into patients chart it would save time and decrease errors.
