  2. My company uses your Chat box often. What about the ability to use a "Drop box" Drop a file during a meeting, then that box is emptied, when the meeting is over. With the massive user base of RingCentral, perhaps make the box a "local" storage for a meetingparticipant. A Desktop Folder etc. Then give the ability for meeting participants to download.

  3. "Access code accepted. Please enter your participate ID followed by pound, otherwise just press pound to continue." Those 17 words / 29 syllables need to go away. Please provide separate call-in numbers for “RingCentral Rooms” admins and guest. My guest gets confused and report that it doesn’t work because they don’t have a participate ID. There are no participant IDs for guest, it just confuses them. Please simplify the “RingCentral Rooms” and give admins a separate call-in number. This would be a great opportunity to improve the product. Please help!!!

  4. When you join a meeting, but the other person or people in the meeting are running late/dont join on time. Could there be a way where the host either gets a notification when the other users join the meeting, so they can rejoin, or can the host leave a message stating that the meeting is still on, but left due to no one attending, so they could rejoin.

  5. When I start a new video meeting from my virtual meeting room, can it default to "Turn on End to End Encryption" and remove the option to Record the video from other participants?

  7. I tend to have several conversations and teams in my Message page. When I get the orange number on the Message icon indicating how many unread messages I have, I have to scroll up and down the list to look for the team/conversation with the new message (I know I can use the @ Mentions to see a list of messages directed to me, but this only works for direct mentions, not team mentions or general new messages (the black circle indicators). I would love to be able to right click the Message icon to scroll to the next unread…

  8. The virtual background is available on the desktop version and the mobile app version, but it is not available on the Chromebook app version. When will this be available. This is beneficial for remote workers.

  9. When we schedule an RCM via RC Scheduler in Outlook, the invite is populated with a ton of information. We'd like to modify what is populated at a gloabl level. Currently, we can only make a global modification for webinars. We used to be able to make these type of adjustments when we were with Zoom. We expect that we should be able to do the same thing with RCM.We have worked with Support (Case #17054616) to no avail.

  10. Allow an option to paste the meeting info to be at the of the email chain instead of the at bottom. Currently if the user has long email chain and schedules via the scheduler then it pastes at the bottom of the email making it hard for the receiving end to notice the meeting info.

When a Calendar service becomes unauthorized, for example when an OAuth2.0 token expires, administrators are not notified.If admins were able to be notified via email, this would allow them to proactively reauthorize the calendar service. This would help avoid a situation where users enter a room expecting to be able to join meetings from a calendar.

We are new to ring central, and within the first week of starting the organization has received no more than a dozen video calls to the organization team that gets created for all licensed and enabled users. This is extremely disruptive on an organization wide or team level.I would like away to remove these options from Teams if deemed necessary or control who has access to this functionality.

  16. Right now when content is being shared, the speaker window is tiny in the bottom right. Other services allow the user to expand and contract the content and speaker windows. Often I want to see the speakers rather than the content (sometimes there is nothing being shared or just static pictures etc). There might be panelists in a room in the speaker window that we just can't see without the ability to expand the window. I believe this is a functionality required to be competitive in the webinar space.

  18. When you are on a Ring Central meeting using the computer audio the ringer on the phone and any other notifications such as email should be silenced. During the call with others on Ring Central it is very distracting and unprofessional when everyone can hear the phone ring and hear email notifications etc.

  19. RingCentral no longer shows generic time zones which I depend upon when setting meetings. Mountain Standard Time, Eastern, Pacific, Central, etc. I have to find a city within the zone and that confuses the customer.
