Spanish in Closed Captioning Feature
As of now, closed captioning and speech recognition technology are only optimized for American English. Requesting that Spanish be added as a part of the Closed Captioning Feature.

RC desktop video - align monitor numbering to match Windows
I just replaced a monitor connected to my computer, and now in RingCentral the screen numbering has been changed, when I attempt to share a screen.
With the laptop display and two external monitors the screen numbering in Windows (1-2-3 left-to-right) is different than how RC/Zoom does it (3-1-2 left-to-right) and makes no sense. Previous configuration with laptop and two screens had screen order as 1-2-3 in both Windows and RC/Zoom.Please implement a way to refresh the screen configuration based on windows, or provide a way to reset the numbering/identification. Push to Talk Keybinding
I have background noise in my office, and I use already use many controls on my keyboard with different softwares. Instead of space as the option for push to talk, I would like to have the freedom to push a mouse button to talk.

Let me turn off the throbbing in gallery view as people speak
When in Gallery mode, the individual boxes grow and shrink in size as people speak. This looks terrible and is very distracting.

Add Speaking tab in participants list to easily identify who is speaking
rather than having to mute all, having a quick way to identify and mute a single participant will be much quicker if it was sorted by who was speaking.Currently when someone is speaking, their participants tile reacts, and this is not the easiest way to identify who is speaking, especially if it is a larger meeting. Adding a filter in the participants list to only show who is speaking would make it so you don't have to rely on mute all. Transfer from a meeting
When I finish a meeting, I need to transfer the client to my front desk so they can be billed. This works fine from the phone, but not from a video meeting.

Simplify invite participants on RC Rooms controller and scheduling display
It would be really helpful if there could be somewhere where you could add a list of frequently used participants or contacts that you could choose from or that would auto populate when you started typing their name to add them to a RC meeting from the controller or scheduling display. It's really time consuming to type in each person's email address

Moderators are able to add additional participants using their Company Directory, when beginning to type names, emails will populate from search terms.

The ability to rearrange participant windows
it would be really useful to have the ability to move participant windows around within the meeting by means of drag and drop, or be able to click a 'sync with leader' button.Particularly useful when you are going 'round the room' to share ideas.

Logo and colors of background
I want my company Logo and Name of the meeting to be customize like 8x8. Add this feature to the Profile and remember it and remember who I am. The URL that you send out from Ring Central looks like some kind of free service.

Show a box of the current speaker when user leaves the app.

Enable option to split audio (and video if possible) recording when recording.
Zoom has a great option where the audio of each participant in a meeting. Please make it so Ring Central can do the same.

Resolve what is apparently a serious RCV bug
Our company is experiencing a serious issue with RCV. We are a large real estate company that has monthly virtual all company meetings. These meetings frequently invite high level guest speakers. The RCV invite to these external guests displays a pop up to go to the MS Store to get an app to run the meeting (as these external guest speakers do not have the RC Unified app installed to the computer they are joining the meeting from). Hide Meeting Participants w/o Cameras
Webex has a feature where individuals who do not have a webcam can be moved to the side so that the attendees who DO have their cameras appear larger.

Name change whilst in meeting
To be able to change your name within the meeting would prevent you from having to leave the meeting, change it and then rejoin.

RingCentral Video Easy navigation for non English speaking customer.
There should be an option for customers to select a meeting link that will open through browser by default. This option will remove all the extra navigation on downloading and installing the application. This will greatly help other non English speaking customer to smoothly navigate on the meeting without going through series of steps to take or skip.

Video recordings "play head" bookmark with comments & playing back video (see Soundcloud for example of what I mean)
So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame.
