This would be a HUGE help to large companies with lots of staff. Sometimes its hard to remember to go back and remove users or stop forwarding calls.

title new meetings without having to schedule them
When I "start video meeting", I don't believe there is a way to title it. I think if I want it to be titled, I have to actually schedule it in advance. It would be nice to be able to title my "spur of the moment" meetings, especially if I'm recording it and want to reference it later.

Add the ability to automatically accept a video call in an Avaya CU360 ACO Room
we have two Avaya CU360's set up as Avaya Cloud Office Rooms. There is a setting to automatically accept a video meeting invitation when not in a meeting, but it apparently only works with Poly gear, it would be nice if that also worked on the collaboration units

Proxy edit for scheduled meetings
Enable editing a scheduled meeting for someone.As a proxy, we should be able to have access to edit a scheduled meeting which we created on behalf of someone should the meeting have a change in time or date rather than get the person we scheduled the meeting for to do the amendments.

Add Active Hosts Meetings Reports in RingCentral Video
With RingCentral Meetings there is Active Host Meetings Reports but there in RingCentral Video which we Migrated into, we can't find anything like that so it will be a great idea to add it on your next updates

Invert 'Mark As Read' logic for SMS in RC app.
Our staff thinks it would be better if our sms messages were ONLY marked as read when:1) We reply to them2) We force them marked as read (by sliding on the phone or right clicking on the thread and choosing 'mark as read'This logic would make missing unreplied text messages much easier. Also, we don't need to apply this to everyone's account by default, this could be an option in the backend (called "Invert Mark As Read Logic" or something like that).Please let me know if you have any questions!

Analytics data for RCV QOS is confusing.
Customer request: " I wanted to make a request to have an update to the analytics portal for RingCentral Video. It would be extremely helpful to see more than just the lowest Received FPS stream for a participant. Best case scenario, it would be great to be able to see the quality of each received stream throughout the entire meeting. If that’s not possible, it would still be helpful to see the number of streams, along with the highest, average, and lowest quality metrics. Auto Record When Host Joins
We record meetings and it's much easier if the recording automatically starts than to remember to click record button. It leaves room for human error.

Allow access to recordings without having to request from host
We record our calls and sometimes management needs access to listen to them. If the host is off or it's after hours, management won't have access to the recordings

Shortcut Key for Enabling and Disabling Annotations
Bind a keyboard/mouse key to enable and disable annotations so the presenter will be able to transition using screen shared functions and presenting functions.

iCal sync is an issue with Schedule list in the RC video software.
You have accommodated Google and Outlook calendar users. I am able to get my video meetings to populate my iCal(endar), however, I cannot get a list of my scheduled meetings in the app. It would be very helpful to get a schedule list.

connect 2 callers trying to connect with each other simultaneously
when 2 people try to call each other at the very same time, the 2 struggle to connect as each is "outbound" to the other. this leads to both hanging up their outbound call and calling again. could we recognize that 2 people are trying to call eachother a the same time and merge the 2 calls?

Non-obstructing chat window
The chat window, when open, obstructs the videos. This makes it very frsutrating to have to move it around all the time just to see the videos we use RC to see. It would be great if the chat panel opened to the side of the videos so it did not obstruct video

improve call forwarding for incoming calls
Today under call forwarding and voicemail, work hours, incoming calls you cannot ring a desk phone (or any other phone) before ringing the My Desktop & Mobile Apps. We need to be able to simply ring the desk phone then the apps if the desk phone isn't answered. Otherwise we simply have to wait to answer the phone on the desk and that is stupid.

Small screen image of the call when the window has been minimised
Like teams, still be able to see the person talking/screen share on a small moveable square at the bottom of your screen when you've minimised the call to check email etc
