The ability to track who views your meeting recordings.
Being able to look at data regarding who watches a meeting recording and when is helpful to measure the usefulness of sharing the recordings with staff. I'd recommend requiring individuals to fill out their first and last names to be able to access a recording and providing that data to the meeting organizer along with date of access and the amount of time the individual watched the recording (did they watch the entire thing, only the first 5 minutes, etc.)

Person who can "schedule on behalf of" should also have the ability to share the recorded video (in addition to the host)
Person who can "schedule on behalf of" should also have the ability to share the recorded video (in addition to the host). Our Executive Assistants can all create meeting on behalf of their Dept Head; and they can record the video; but they cannot "share" said video. Need to be able to also share a recorded video for the Host.

Interconnectivity
able to communicate with other company that has ringcentral as their internal communications, it would be cool if companies can control the phone numbers that they want to be exposed and use as external communications for other ringcentral app users even outside their organizations, gives every user the benefit of getting their contact persons number by just providing them the glip link, or maybe a qr code as their business cards. ability to share private content and restricting it to be shared. able to provide customers and replacing the directories that we use nowadays and instead they will just go…

Mute audio/video until 2nd person joins meeting
Please create a feature that will save bandwidth by muting the audio & video of the first person to join the meeting and kick on audio/video (whatever participant has enabled) when the second person joins the meeting.

Add the ability to mute a person in a meetings chat
We want the ability for a meeting owner or moderator to block a specific participant from using the chat feature. There is a mute feature for voice, so we want there to be one for chat too. Also, for there to be a way for everyone be able to message a moderator or owner even if it is blocked for everyone.

Prevent someone from unmuting themselves without having to mute everyone first
We can mute a specific person, but they can unmute themselves right after. If we want to mute them, we have to mute everyone and uncheck the allow to unmute button. Then we have to unmute everyone else. We should be able to mute and keep muted a specific person without doing it to everyone.

Have individual recordings for every breakout room in RingCentral Meetings
Have individual recordings for every breakout room. This is useful to see how each breakout room is working together and great for playback for training purposes.

A way to refresh a shared screen if it gets corrupted when displayed
We have experienced many screensharing sessions where the host's screen becomes corrupted when viewed on a participant's RCVideo application window. We've found no way to get the host's shared screen to display properly by resizing/refreshing/moving the participant window. Having a button or option to refresh the host screen for participants would be really useful.

Adding the ability to script device actions.
I have a room where we have a projector and two screens. With Zoom, you can script those devices to turn on and turn off via the Zoom Rooms Native Room Controls. It would be awesome if there was a similar capability in Ring Central Rooms.

RC Video recording download/view webpage activates my camera and microphone upon accessing URL
URLs sent via email for RC Video recordings (https://v.ringcentral.com/welcome/meetings/recents/recording/...) opens my camera and microphone in the web browser each time I navigate there. There's no reason for my camera or microphone on this page, as it's just a video recording. When I do this, my browser asks me whether I want to grant permission for the website to use my camera and microphone. This website should not try to turn on my camera and microphone each time? It is simply storing a video recording of the session.

Webinar Invitation Data Extraction
Our Marketing department hosts product webinars for our external customers to better understand available services. Our Sales team sends webinar registration emails to those external customers, and ask the customer to enter the sales person's name in order for them to get credit. We would like RingCentral to automatically extract then sender's email address (or other identifying data) from the registration email, so sales credits don't rely on the customer correctly entering a name.

Move a video call to a desk call or mobile phone
If I am on a video call, I would like to have the ability to move the call to either my desk phone or mobile phone (without having to dial back in). If am on a video call and I have to leave the office, it would be nice to be able to just transfer the call to my mobile.

Able to Share iPad Screen from MacBook Pro
In Zoom, you can share your iPad screen directly from the Share button on your Macbook Pro through screen mirroring. This is highly beneficial for presenting during training rather than having to join with two devices.

Stop making the resource center window "active" when you interact with meeting window controls like mute, chat, etc
I Use RingCentral for meetings. That is it. I've never used the Resource Center. I find it terribly annoying that the Resouce Center window pops up over the top of my other windows that I am actually using during my meetings (e.g. Chrome, Outlook, etc).... whenver I click to un-mute myself or interact with the meeting window the ResourceCenter window also pops up on top and gets in the way. Make it stop, please!
