    Allow a participant to remotely control the mouse and keyboard for someone who in the meeting who is sharing their desktop.

  3. Add Remote Control feature to RC Desktop App - Video

    It appears this was a feature in the Meetings App, but is not available in the current version of the Desktop App and our account does not allow us to run Meetings.This is helpful when staff are in a video meeting and they want to hand off control to another presenter or tech support person.

  4. Share host Audio in RC Video in Desktop App

    RingCentral Meetings and Zoom support sharing Host audio to a presentation. From our testing yesterday this is possible IF the RC Video session is started from the web app, but not if started from the all-in-one desktop app.Why:It is often useful for a host to share not just an image, but sound as well, in a meeting or presentation.

  12. Allow Transcription of Meeting

    Would like to request RC Meeting ability to transcribe a meeting into text. Since voicemails can transcribe into text, it seems as though RC has the technology to do so. This would be very handy for recorded meetings where we want to keep detailed notes and be able to scan to the relevant information.

  14. Automatically switch to do not disturb while in video meeting

    I attend a large amount of video meetings each day and it would be nice if the tool will automatically put me into do not disturb when I join a meeting. Many times my phone rings during the call and I have to send it to voicemail and then manually put myself into do not disturb to prevent further interruptions.

  16. RC Video support for Safari

    Many Mac users only use or have Safari as their browser. If you support Microsoft Edge, you should definitely support Safari. Both are native browsers to operating systems.

  18. Video Screen Share and Recordings are VERY blurry on high resolution screens

    Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. The screen is too zoomed in for me to work and share my screen. This needs to be fixed for our team. Zoom is a FREE option, and I have no problem on the video recordings using the same screen.
