RingSense: Pull in/Filter Calls based on Duration
Suggestion is to customize the duration of the calls that get pulled into RingSense.
Ex: Pulling in calls of only 5 min or more. Alternatively, to be able to specify what calls get graded based on the duration of the call. This will help remove small/diluted calls not needing to be graded.57 votesThis feature is now live for all RingSense customers. Ability to use RingSense on Queue Calls
Being able to use RingSense on call queue calls would be greatly helpful. At this point RingSense captures all non-queue calls and only a handful of queue calls, but a bulk of our inbound call handling is done through a call queue, effectively making RingSense useless for our use case.

Export scorecard data
Ability to exportscorecard data into csv files.
This can be used to measure improvement over time for specific teams or individuals, correlate data with external measures, and provide better reporting insights that can impact revenue using the tool.

- Scorecard report - Shows how agents are performing on scorecards. Use it to spot trends, identify where agents are struggling, and turn scoring data into coaching opportunities. (part of this feature request)
- Saved views report - Generates a report based on a saved view from your Interactions page. Use it to download interaction info for review, performance monitoring, or sharing.
- Development plan report - Tracks how many development plans are created and shared, and with which agents. Use it to monitor coaching activity and consistency over time.
- Users export report - Generates a roster of users with details like managers, roles, and license assignments. Use it for audits, access reviews, and keeping external records up to date.

Spanish Support for RingSense Transcription and Translation (to English)
Ability to transcribe calls spoken in Spanish in Spanish within the RingSense transcript with the added functionality to translate to English if managers cannot speak/read Spanish

Request to leverage RingSense for customer claim calls, however they service all of Canada.
Quebec law requires that they serve customers in Quebec in French.

Ability to Change Implicit Team Names
Currently, an implicit team is built when you assign a user in the system a manager. That manager's name will be the team name (John Doe's Team) and cannot be changed. Many customers would like to be able to edit this team name because they have teams that are not associated directly with that manager. Ex. John Doe is the manager of Target Hospital Denver and has an implicit team so that he can only see his Target Hospital Denver team. Adding Custom Notifications within RingSense
To increase user adoption, RingSense (for Sales) should alert the Manager when there is relevant information. For example:
- if a manager leaves a coaching comment, a notification gets sent
- a weekly summary to show week over week progress for the AE and his/her manager.

add admin ability to delete calls /insights/ai tracking / transcripts ect
Add the option for admins to delete a ring sense recording, when auto recording in on for a line a rep may make a personal call or be discussing personal matters w/ company that should not be recorded

Calls processed in RingSense should display the Contact Name.
When integrated with Salesforce, calls processed in Ringsense should display the Contact Name rather than the Account Name in the Title.

We've now implemented various advanced settings for Salesforce configuration.
Advanced configuration settings for Salesforce include:
- Enhanced call title formatting options - choose from Account, Lead, Contact, Opportunity (this feature request)
- Choose priority list in case there are multiple matching records for the same phone number/email
- Choose the behavior in case no matching record is found in CRM
Please follow the instructions in the screenshot to update the relevant settings.

Yes and No are great, but sometimes, the item doesn't apply and shouldn't be considered in the agents overall score, while the rest of the card still does...

Filter by Scorecard completed
- Add an option to filter by Scorecard completed, similar to the feedback filter.
- Ability to filter further by scorecard completed by selected manager or admin would also be helpful.

Ability to filter calls that do not match a specific tracker
As an example, an organization needs for the receptionist to say "xyz" during each call. Would like to be able to filter on calls where that does not take place (i.e. calls that do not have that tracker).

Scorecard Additional Option
When using a scorecard with "YES" or "NO" answer options, have an N/A option or a way to unclick what AI selected.

Negative Tracker Alert
The ability to create negative trackers and receive alerts when they are triggered would be a valuable feature. For instance, if a tracker for negative customer sentiment is triggered, it can automatically notify the manager.
